Seven Japanese tanks, one American tank, and one German tank.

Against what?

Three German tanks, one French tank, and maybe five British tanks? If it is the same five British tanks there will be nothing new for St. Glorianna shown, just a Churchill VII and four Matilda IIs.

There anything known about the plot for the movie?

Note: They now have six tanks with pathetic guns, as the 57mm guns on the Type 89 and Type 97s is basically useless against most tanks. Only the three 75mm guns equipped tanks are usable in anti-tank work. The 37 mm gun in the M3 Lee not being all that effective either.

That is a question.

Seeing the Type 3 in action might be something though. One well armed Japanese tank out of seven isn't bad.

That we see Darjeeling in a tank, one would assume she's on the other side with the rest of the Ooarai tanks. Assuming there are only two side, and assuming that Miho's forces aren't just split into multiple formations with the group of nine with her flag Panzer IV being a core group.

Post-game inter-school games? Practise for the International Games? The International games and Miho has the flag tank, but other schools from Japan are also participating with Ooarai? More than 20 tanks involved per national team?

This leaves a few unanswered questions as to the international format, such as whether they have to take representatives of teams that were eliminated from the national qualifying. Also, I'd hope that the international team isn't required to select from only the home nation's vehicles, because

The trouble with Ooarai is that they only have eight tanks. Depending on just how large the international games are, they could be entirely overwhelmed regardless of what Miho can pull out of her tactics hat. It would be worse that being flanked by 18 late war German tanks and tank destroyers of Black Forrest Peak.

So suppliment tanks would be interesting. Chihatan and St. Glorianna were two of the three schools defeated by Black Forest Peak. So would it be the two of them and the third school sent to aid Ooarai? The last one I think was the Finnish based school.

I was wondering why they had a model for the Chiha-tan tank commander when we never saw them in action. They got it even worse than Anzio did.

In the drama CDs, there was one episode where the schools participate in an inter-school military maneuver/war game.

Yeah, this looks more like a joint exercise, similar to what many militaries do. This has the potential to be EPIC if done right

Although.... shame on me for forgetting the name of that Chiha-tan girl.

Edit: nvm, found it: Her name is Nishi Kinuyo.

Also, a stark difference for Anchovy's character in the manga and anime isn't it? In the manga, she was a bitchy sore loser. Here, she's happily having a pasta party with Miho.

I suspect the anime team never liked the manga rendition - too grim for such a happy go lucky show. They've been trying to get rid of that nasty aura since the Deep Panzer CD.

.... on the one hand, that pasta looks very delicious *drools*... on the other hand, Yukari weren't you supposed to be on intel gathering?

Though now I am craving for PASTA!!!!!!

Edit: Caesar practicing shell reloading at home using a jury-rigged practice dummy... and she does in fact know Italian as well. Only fitting she's getting more scenes considering who they're up against. Also, the History Club live together it seems.

The leaks are improving - I see one with 720p quality. One more step to full HD glory!

The leaks have evolved into RAW torrents (same 720p, but the compression is better and overall there are fewer artifacts). Only one more step to go!
