But not everyone is going to have summons... It isn't someone the average ninja does. It's kinda an advanced skill. And I'm guessing most ninja wouldn't be able to summon anything that would be a normal threat to anyone. The summons we've seen are kinda really exeptional I think.

In some situations, but a lot of small bugs would be more useful in others. I think I just misunderstood what you meant. Thought you were saying Shino's current bugs were summons. Anyway the giant bug still pales compared to the

Indeed. When i first saw the gaint door i thought some great monster was coming out that would require TWO people to summon it..I was like..good lord here comes trouble!

Yes Kyuven ;D i think many small bugs are also VERY useful.
I think how shino uses them now is incrediable and i would not have thought it would be that effective,As with the sound nin battle.

Hmm i wonder...What is the largest thing to summon...
You can summon Kunai's and weapons.. Why cant you summon other things? What would happen if you took a whole villaga of shinobi then had them all concentrate on summoning something to them. Like other shinobi...to capture them. Or all their kunai's ;D
Also are villages protected from this? Is That could be one reason why the sand(Besides being stealthy) did the summoning outside the village.

summoning weapons... i guess you can call ten-ten's weapons a summon..

kunai is a weapon.

you can summon anything infinatly large. this is an anime.
