Personality: Ever driven in a taxi with an eccentric driver? Imagine such a drive, only you're being pelted by hails of bullets while going over the speed limit alongside a steep mountain road; all the while, a boy rambles on and on about his family stories from back home. For whatever reason, he seems to be either unaware of the danger, or is too wrapped up in other matters to really care. Surprisingly, he manages to make eye contact with you in the backseat while still driving the curving roads with ease.

Meet Ivan. An extremely outgoing individual, you can find Ivan chilling in the getaway car with the tune of a foreign country playing from the radio, singing not-so-gracefully along. Though not the most skilled in guns or hands, you can count on him to make it across the city or desert in one piece.

Maybe two.

He's not one for politics or philosophy, merely going with the flow and seeing what's thrown at him. He loves talking, if you didn't know, so don't expect to throw in any of your cents before he spouts out the life story of several individuals. He is a worldly guy, and is fluent in several languages. Ivan's taken a liking to Spanish bands, listening to mariachi more often than not. Regardless of the volume, he still finds a way to raise his voice above the music and chatter on.
He frequently tells others he's a 'lover and not a fighter' due to his occupancy as a driver/transporter, but most know he's ready and itching to fire a couple 120mm shells when there's an MBT around.

There's no deep history behind her armor. It was made by someone who knows armor and really has no bearing on the story.

A second-year foreign exchange student from a South-East Asian country, Rachel is the member of a current generation of Chinese immigrants who moved over from China from almost over a century ago to work as miners and traders. However, Rachel is among those of her generation to be born in the city, as opposed to the countryside, making her almost some kind of a city girl, although she was far from being a spoiled city brat.

Having a knack for adventures since her younger days, Rachel is an active member of the Girl Guides at her school, where she also served as a librarian. She had her fair share of adventures in the wilderness, although it is an evening in the concrete jungle within the city that changes her life forever. She joined the training at the Armed Detective Training Centre after what happened, having been a victim of the humiliating incident (and no, she's still clean where it matters). The experience becomes her reason to seek even more confrontational methods of defending herself, knowing very well that she will be helped if she helps herself to move forward.

Rachel took the chance to enter the exchange program at her supervisor's advice, having preferred an outright change in environment to put past events behind.

Friendly and easygoing, but not without a sharp tongue to talk some sense, with the tendency to be very sensitive where teasing is concerned due to her experience from past scars. Because Rachel came from a fairly average family unlike some of the denizens she met in Tokyo Butei High, she displayed a certain level of normalcy that some girls her age often lacked, at the cost of being considered as being simply 'plain'. The girl displays caution when it comes to extremes of personalities.

Although Rachel is part of Assault, she prefers to outwit her opponents rather than taking them head-on if the odds are stacked against her by using the environment to her advantage, utilizing training she received from her Girl Guide days. However, she is a black belt holder in a martial art, making her a rather decent fighter (when compared to some of the wild fighters). She has been known to use the baton as her beatdown weapon. Because of her methods, Rachel is considerably less showy when it comes down to fighting.

* Constantly bicker with Erin Dee Kirishima over who is the better English football team, being a supporter of Liverpool FC.

Physical Characteristics: She possesses the traits of members of the Gray Wolf bloodline: long blond hair, petite stature and green eyes. Élise is usually seen wearing long dresses in France, but is not as choosy as Jeanne when it comes to the uniform change; however, she wears a specialized trenchcoat over her uniform in her stay in Tokyo Butei High School.
Attitude: Élise is most usually snide in her remarks and does not prefer to interact with others, with a less hands-on approach in a number of cases. She is notable for "getting the right information at the right place at the right time" in France, particularly due to special access in most public libraries around the world using her modified iPad (specs above). Her prowess in investigative skills, however, is not complimented by her poor experience in handling firearms.
Like a typical girl of her age, Élise does have some things that she find embarrassing to talk about, with love high up the list.

An elegant girl from France, born as the oldest child of an old family of the French nobility. Amelie d'Artagnan have to put up with the pressure from her family who have been expecting nothing short of excellence from her. Her father is indeed the president of a small but excellent military manufacturer, her mother is an economic advisor working for the ambassador of France in Japan and her uncle is said to be serving his country as an officer of the GIGN. To add more, one of her ancestors was one of the soldiers of the French Foreign Legion who fought at Bir Hakeim and another one have stayed at Dien Bien Phu to the bitter end. Needless to say that this have made Amelie feel a litte inadequate while feeding her with a strong sense of justice and duty, as if the famous musketeer have watched over her all the time. This have been like a burden over her shoulders; as a mean to cope with those feelings, she excelled in academics and sports, practiced parkour with some of her friends and have very often come up as the best shot at her family's game hunting parties. This may have been her way to look for a purpose and eventually changed one day when she have been caught in a plane hijack where she have been accompanying her father to a business trip to Japan. She was fourteen years old back then.

Fueled by her sentiment that she is on the right side, this have provided her the opportunity to show what she is made of. In a way that would have made JohN McClane and Jason Bourne proud, the right mix of smarts and improvisation, she have helped the undercover air police officer to break free and managed to help him subdue the terrorists without leaving them the chance to fire one single time. The business trip being able to be carried on, Amelie have asked her father to make sure that the one who have helped the officer to deal with the hijack remain anonymous. She have found her way, but she have had to be sure she does not become famous too early, to not draw unwelcomed attention. The business trip have made her fall in love with Japan and its culture, where she have learned japanese language from her mother. She have then heard of the Butei institution, that have drawn her interest, since Amelie have been searching for an institution that could conciliate her own interests, the enforcement of justice and her love for Japan. Her parents then followed her wishes and enlisted her in a japanese middle school where she could adjust and make a few friends before joining Butei. This is where Amelie have met Sanae Noriaki, and helped her to deal with a serious problem with bullies. She have become a big sister figure to Sanae and Fiorenza, then Preston and Kirten later joined the clique.

Together they have joined the ranks of Butei school. She currently lives in her own, vast, appartment, offered by her parents where a maid takes care of the housechores.

Refined and noble are the two words that comes in mind when someone meet D'Artagnan. To put it in otaku lingo, Amelie is the example of the Ojou-sama. She is far from being distant as one would have expected from someone of her social class. She is also fueled by sense of curiosity for the hobbies and interests of people from a lower class than hers, she have tried karaoke, video gaming, taking on various part-time jobs such as waitress, and cosplaying where she admitted to have liked the playboy bunny suit that Fiorenza urged her to try. At school, her education from her family constantly pushes her to excellence where she usually gets in the top five. She is also a member of the tea ceremony club. In the five man group, Amelie is the moderating element who knows when to stop others, especially Fiorenza and Preston, from goofing around. De facto, she have become the leader. While she is obsessed with excellence, she is also aware of her sortcomings and knows when to entrusts others tasks she cannot do, as such she is willing to listen others' opinions and theories then takes the final decisions after considering every parameters.

Amelie is a good shot with her Schofield and her Garand. She uses her parkour skills to run around the targets, take them from unexpected places and her training in savate is handy when things gets a little sticky.

Italian American, Fio seems to blend the worst and best traits of America and Italy. She is fun-loving, enjoys life with reckless abandon, but is also brash, loudmouthed and lives up to the horrible reputation at driving of New Yorkers AND Italians. Raised in Brooklyn, she have grown up in a tight-knit family of eight children where she is the fifth child. Unfortunately, her acquaintances are on the bad side of the law and have had a bad influence over her. She have been driving (stolen) cars since she was about ten years old and stole her first car by age eleven. At thirteen, she "borrowed" a car from the police and have become a short-lived local celebrity when her shenanigans were filmed by television cameras and shown on TV in Cops. Knowing that she would have to be sent in a reeducation center that may mess up her life pretty bad, she have accepted an offer from a man who is said to be scouting for potential talents to enroll into Butei. She would move overseas, study at a middle school that accept foreign students to learn the japanese language and way of life then will have to enroll in Butei High School to eventually clean her record and join a law enforcement agency. This is the alternative to reeducation center, and possibly prison. Fiorenza is soon sent to Japan under the care of one of the agents of this Butei operative, called Big Brothers or Big Sisters. Their purpose is to help elements like Fiorenza to get used to live under the stricter education system they are supposed to join, as well as learning the local language. For Fiorenza, those have been great days with good opportunities, far from the bad company she have known since her childhood. Blending within the crowd have been very easy for her, her energetic and talkative nature have allowed to get along with a lot of people. Her middle school also have had a serious problem with bullying, not to mention act of "school terrorism" that have seemed to be done as retribution. She have personally witnessed the final stand of the bullied ones against their persecutors, and have heard the words of the one who took her stand for the weaker students. As she have put it later, "That was pretty badass, so badass I wanted to marry her.", it is not certain if she jokes about the last part, but since that day, she have become a good fellow in her circlle and later on she meets Preston, and way later Kirsten. With her help, the duo joined Fio, Ami and Sanae, and they together formed the quatuor who would be named The Three Musketeers and netted various successful missions during their first year. It is a little before the second years starts that they are joined by Kirsty.

Talkative, energetic, friendly, flirty, easygoing. She is also a little too proud of being American and Italian. The few things she could give credit to Japan are the meido cafe, the yuri and yaoi manga she is collecting, and the school uniforms that have made her love school again, she who have been so close to drop out before her car theft shenanigans have gotten her confronted to the NYCPD.

In her flirting, she is indiscriminate, they can be boys, girls, age ranging from 14 to 35, as long as they are cute and can handle her energy.

Behind the steering wheel, she have a tendency to get reckless and carry away with her stunts

None, unless you count her insolent chance with vehicle accidents.

Style:
Fio says she can make any vehicle a weapon and she is a fan of what she calls "Drive-by bullet shower" with her P90, she laments to have to use it instead of a Tommy Gun. Without weapon, Fiorenza is not a pushover, her upbringing have taught her street fighting skills. This means that she will do ANYTHING to win, expect dirt flung into one's eyes, head smacked by a brick, faking a wound, using her "charms" to win someone over only to kick kick the opponent in the crotch, strangling someone with that person's own article of clothing, ANYTHING goes.

Born from a Japanese father and a chinese american mother in Okinawa, Sanae is the third child of a family that count three daughters. She have grown up watching The A Team, McGyver and the Mad Max movies, and this kinda makes her a mechanic otaku, coupled with her deep interest into video gaming where her preferences lies in very hard games. She have been crafting many devices for many purposes, but her ultimate dream is to make the Mother of Monster Cars, as she calls it herself, the car that would make the A Team proud and dwarf the Batmobile. She have shown signs of higher intelligence and have been allowed to study in a superior grade in a middle school in Tokyo. As a result, she have had to move to with her family. To go from a rather carefree life in Okinawa to Tokyo have not been easy for Sanae, her "nerdiness" and not so-perfect racial ancestry have made her a target for bullying, especially from the furyos and the kogyalus she have grown to dislike. But her petite build disallowed her to resort to physical retribution. She have instead used mechanical and electronic devices (such as timed stinking pepper bombs, traps based buckets of kimchi or surstromming, or fake dead animals), as well as compromising photoshops spread over internet, to make their lives hell. Her acts would soon cause rumors to spread about a Robin Hood, stealing the gyalus and furyos' dignity to give it back to the nerds and bully targets; even tho this have been not her prime intention. She eventually got caught by a french girl who have recently transfered. This girl who have introduced herself as Amelie have understood the motives behind Sanae's "acts of domestic terrorism". Under Amélie's commands, Sanae and those who have been persecuted have taken their stand and confronted the persecutors. Sanae have witnessed what may have been one of the few times Amélie have dropped the polite language to take on a menacing tone that have gone like, "Push any of them beyond despair, lay a single fucking finger on them and you can be sure you won't see the end ever. I myself have skills that you don't have, I also have relationships and the wealth as means to achieve the end I want. I know your names, where you live, what your parents do. Oh, you are realizing what that means, punks? Yes, do that shit and I WILL hunt you and end you. Your life will be miserable and you'll be begging for a merciful death to get out of the shithole you have digged for yourself. Have I been clear?" This calm anger coupled with Amélie's noble aura have struck the hearts of the gyalus and furyos with fear, while filling the heart of Sanae with an unwavering admiration. From that day on, Sanae is Amélie's faithful friend, and Amélie returned her feelings.

She is the nerd and the deadpan snarker of the group, and outside of her group she is shy and easily embarassed. She have a tendency to draw parallels between a given situation and a work of fiction, or talk in technobabble, where she is constantly reminded to dumb down her explanations and talk, it normally should annoy her but her relationships with the members of her fellowship have made her more tolerant toward people who are less intelligent than her. To Sanae, Amélie is a very important person, to the point she would probably die for her. She is also known for nicknaming people for her own convenience and according to her own whims, she have nicknamed Kinji Sparkly because she have mentally picturing him "constantly surrounded by shoujo manga-style sparkles", or Aria "Tiny Red", this is uncertain if by Tiny she meant Aria's height or bra size. Needless to say that the nicknames are either weird or unflattering.

Ability:
Sanae's engineering skills allowed her to manufacture various gadgets ranging from electronic device jammers to surveillance drones that are no bigger than a kite. She is currently studying the structure of various car models to find which can be modded into her dream monster car.

Style:
Sanae prefers to avoid fighting as much as possible. More often than not she relies on gadgets and choose her battlefield she have made sure to stuff with traps before. She have a knack for improvisation and will use improvised weapons when cornered. Her handgun is a very last resort and it's useless to say how she manages with them.


Trivia

*Being surrounded by fine girls in her own clique, Sanae is kinda complexed about her own body. This result in rather conservative attire at school, a skirt longer than the one in fashion at Butei School, a cardigan and pantyhose. Even in missions her clothing stays on the conservative side. According to Fio, it is a waste because she have superb legs.

*Sanae plays Touhou shooters with passion. She is currently trying to complete Subterranean Animism at Lunatic level, without losing one single life. Unfortunately, she is losing a lot to the boss named Rin Kaenbyou. Her favorite characters are Nitori Kawashiro and Nazrin.

*She is a fangirl of the series Supernatural, especially of Dean Winchester, and is sometimes daydreaming about improbable ventures with Dean.

*Little is known about her internet trolling habits, where she takes the nickname Petite Nezumi. She have been banned from dozens of forums and have been trolling twice as much.

But why did this attitude suddenly start? Do all Vampires inherit this playboy attitude within their genes? Kyousuke paused for a moment, thinking for the reasons behind his new "adventurous" personality.

Kyousuke: Bah, I guess that it's just fun... besides... it's good as it stops me from thinking about "that" issue of mine...

A grave expression appeared for a few seconds on his face as the thought of his actual "problem" came up in his mind, but he quickly erased it. He didn't want Alexandra to notice anything wrong.

One table behind him, Alexandra was gazing at Kyousuke, also pondering on his newly found "playboy" personality.

The daughter of an US Navy serviceman and a Japanese woman, Michelle grew up on various Navy bases as her father moved from place to place, before eventualy leaving the Navy for NCIS and settling down in San Diego. As such, unlike most Americans, Michelle has a closer understanding of Asian culture, particularly as her father served a tour with 7th Fleet HQ in Japan, where she went to school for a while.

Having graduated high school, she intended to go to college, and then on to NCIS just like her dad; with the new Butei program being established, her father suggested enrolling into Butei to gain some experience before going to college; given the fact that joining Butei means an early entry into law enforcement, Michelle agreed whole-heartedly.

Michelle entered Butei the same year as Jon Davis and Rachel Lee, and was randomly partnered with the former to run the Murder House against Coach. At that point, Jon had been a Butei student for 3 months, and upon seeing her his first remark was, "Great, new meat to the slaughter."

Since then, she's been known to Assault students of that year as "Meat", a nickname she's not fond of, though at this point she's more or less resigned to it, having been unsucessful in shaking it off. Fortunately, it's only Assault who call her that; her Inquesta classmates refer to her as Winters, as befitting the Japanese style of surname basis.

Although she's a member of Inquesta, which is oriented towards investigation, Michelle has run the Murder House many times, and maintains a high level of proficiency with her weapons, making time for daily weapons practice, and meets several times a week for range time with Jon.

Like Jon, Michelle's carry and backup weapons are the SIG P226 and its compact carry cousin the SIG P229, though her P226 lacks the attachement rail for taclight. These weapons were chosen as they're the issue and backup weapons for NCIS agents, and her dad taught her to shoot using his guns. Both weapons are chambered for 9x19mm Parabellum, the most common pistol round in the world.

"One shot, one kill."

Having a certain fascination with sniping, as well as an inherited inclination, perhaps it was no surprise that Michelle took to rifles like a duck to water, learning from a young age how sniping works and honing her skills over the years. Due to having more time with her handguns - and because sniping isn't exactly relevant to an investigator's duties - her sniping ability isn't at the level of an experienced, fully trained sniper - but she's hardly a novice. Jon has wondered if she possesses some strange sniping ability, as despite knowing how to snipe the methodical way (ranging, windspeed, coriolis effect, zero, scope adjustment), when the chips are down Michelle enters the zone and fires on instict, scoring accurate hits based on sight and feel, something that intrigues Jon. Not quite as good as Reki, but coming quite close.

Michelle's sniper rifle of choice is a customised M40A3 rifle, the kind used by the US Marine Corps snipers. She's made some adjustments, including a custom stock, threaded Krieger barrel to mount a Surefire supressor... at the end of the day, however, Michelle is honest enough to admit to herself that the real reason she brought this rifle along was because she likes to shoot it.

Personality & Other Traits:

Michelle is, in general, a mild Tsundere. She's generally civil and aloof to most people, but drops that for a more relaxed closeness with her two friends Jon and Rachel, and mutually flirts with Jon. At the same time she's also a bit self-delusional about their relationship, insisting that their closeness isn't a sign of anything further...

As such, he is branded as a "missing fugitive" who "disappeared or died without a trace".

Having contacted Jeanne once on "business" when serving as a information broker on a one-time deal to the EU, the two of them were on edgy terms as Jeanne was unwelcome towards Reisen's mercenary attitude. It is also rumoured that he provided for Kinichi and Patra and helped them to disappear, as well as having a hand in many events funded by groups looking to buy information and certain equipment. His real name is not known, and his official identity, or as he is known in Japan, is simply Reisen - the owner of a Akihabara store selling games and otaku merchandise, which Riko visits on occasions.

After his store is destroyed during a Yakuza war (which he indirectly had a hand in), he is now residing in an offshore yacht docked on Butei high's island, and running his business (both his game store and information brokering) online and on-contact basis. It is not known how he got the permission and rights to do so.

@WG: In now way is this Twilight. It's not just because there's a relationship between a chick and vampire that it turns into that show. Besides, I've never watched it, and cannot judge anything in it for myself.

There is no Dracula nor Alucard vampires in here (except for the Novel one). My vampire in question is descendant from an alternate vampire line. Dracula has a set of peculiar powers in HNA, I was thinking of explaining his "un-vampiric" abilities as his "evolution". The Bathonet bloodline is still stuck with most basic traits of the generic Vampire.

Besides, my vamp is nothing like Edward Cullen (from what I could understand of his character). Edward, from the looks of it, is calm, silent and not really your society guy.

Kyousuke's calm and gentlemanly, but he also loves socializing and can be eccentric at times when it comes to woman. Also, his vampiric issues are more of a type that is similar to Erika Sendo's in Fortune Arterial (rejects vampirism, conflicted with her own kin)

Note as well that he is far from being an OP char as he is heavily handicapped by his bloodthirst. He hasn't drunk any "good" blood since five years. For now, he's basically a human with some boosted reflexes (sub-par to Kinji's Hysteria Mode, but has the advantage of being on everytime). His full vampiric powers can awaken when he drinks blood from someone, and that, he doesn't want to do it at all. Power Limiter, yes.

Also, concerning badass normals... I appreciate them very much, but I've never been skilled at doing them correctly, so they're not a common production of mine. Perhaps when my imagination and pen skills expand a bit more, will I finally be able to correctly mold a badass normal.

But anyways... the third character of my team's coming in.
Also, I'm going to do some fixing about my agent's division, as well as some history modification so that they're not ALL in SSR... (at least, they might have SSR as a common elective, but their main specialty will be different)

Initially innocent, she was thrust into the underworld and conspiracies after the Unamichi twins were suddenly deposited on her doorstep with a letter simply bearing the words "Take care of them. Background : Missing and wanted for involvement in a bomb attack on the parliament house, he was initially captured but escaped from Whitely detention centre. Dubbed highly dangerous due to his background as a course-planner with the Metro Butei Academy, it is touted as a conspiracy that he is framed, or at least worked undercover with the internal spy agency. As such, he is branded as a "missing fugitive" who "disappeared or died without a trace".

Having contacted Jeanne once on "business" when serving as a information broker on a one-time deal to the EU, the two of them were on edgy terms as Jeanne was unwelcome towards Reisen's mercenary attitude. It is also rumoured that he provided for Kinichi and Patra and helped them to disappear, as well as having a hand in many events funded by groups looking to buy information and certain equipment. His real name is not known, and his official identity, or as he is known in Japan, is simply Reisen - the owner of a Akihabara store selling games and otaku merchandise, which Riko visits on occasions.

After his store is destroyed during a Yakuza war (which he indirectly had a hand in), he is now residing in an offshore yacht docked on Butei high's island, and running his business (both his game store and information brokering) online and on-contact basis. It is not known how he got the permission and rights to do so.

@WG: In now way is this Twilight. It's not just because there's a relationship between a chick and vampire that it turns into that show. Besides, I've never watched it, and cannot judge anything in it for myself.

There is no Dracula nor Alucard vampires in here (except for the Novel one). My vampire in question is descendant from an alternate vampire line. Dracula has a set of peculiar powers in HNA, I was thinking of explaining his "un-vampiric" abilities as his "evolution". The Bathonet bloodline is still stuck with most basic traits of the generic Vampire.

Besides, my vamp is nothing like Edward Cullen (from what I could understand of his character). Edward, from the looks of it, is calm, silent and not really your society guy.

Kyousuke's calm and gentlemanly, but he also loves socializing and can be eccentric at times when it comes to woman. Also, his vampiric issues are more of a type that is similar to Erika Sendo's in Fortune Arterial (rejects vampirism, conflicted with her own kin)

Note as well that he is far from being an OP char as he is heavily handicapped by his bloodthirst. He hasn't drunk any "good" blood since five years. For now, he's basically a human with some boosted reflexes (sub-par to Kinji's Hysteria Mode, but has the advantage of being on everytime). His full vampiric powers can awaken when he drinks blood from someone, and that, he doesn't want to do it at all. Power Limiter, yes.

Also, concerning badass normals... I appreciate them very much, but I've never been skilled at doing them correctly, so they're not a common production of mine. Perhaps when my imagination and pen skills expand a bit more, will I finally be able to correctly mold a badass normal.

But anyways... the third character of my team's coming in.
Also, I'm going to do some fixing about my agent's division, as well as some history modification so that they're not ALL in SSR... (at least, they might have SSR as a common elective, but their main specialty will be different)

My point is that the sole vampire that's shown up in the series is working for the bad guys and is essentially a boss character. It does not mean that the floodgates are open to start churning out gobs of supernatural characters.

As for making badass normals - how hard can it be? Take a normal person (with normal being relative, admittedly) and put them into this situation. Mike Lowery and Marcus Burnett. Jonas Blaine, Mack Gerhardt, Charles Grey, Bob Brown. Jack O'Neil and SG-1. John Mclane.

Suitability. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

At all times when creating characters, one must ask one's self, "Does this charecter fit the spirit of the series that I am working on?"

Also, you got nationality wrong. Nationality refers to what nation you belong to, where your origin is. Ethnicity is the racial mix. Thus as an example, Jon Davis is of Malaysian nationality and British-Indian-Chinese ethnicity.

- She was innately born as blind. When she was small, she wondered how the world would look like. Her father is a secret irokane researcher, and her father discovered 3 years ago that he can implant an irokane called Shishiirokane (Japanese: 死々イロカネ) on her right-eye to grant a vision at least to one eye. Her father was killed the next day she got her vision.
- Her hair was originally blond, but because of shishiirokane on her eye, it was now black. Her body growth was impeded since that time, thus she has small physique. Another side effect of shishiirokane is she's inclined to misfortune (But no, she don't shout "FUKOU DESUUU" ala Kamijou whenever she gets in trouble). Because this special metal has the element of death, negative omens are easily attracted to it. Having such misfortune constitution, she is always frequently saved by Kinji in trouble.
- She was very glad when she first gained her vision. A moment later, she saw a sign of her father's death, but since this is the first time encountering this phenomenon, she dismissed it as maybe a side effect of the operation, and maybe she was just hallucinating. Later, she realized that it was a true sign of death. Regretting the fact that she was unable to save her father despite knowing the imminent death, she doesn't want to repeat the same mistake again, and will do anything to save people.
- Since she is still unable to utilize the full power of shishiirokane, the ability to see the presence of death only works in person she is close to or has strong feelings to: family, close friends or unrequited love (ie Kinji).
- He saved Kinji from his fated death that will happen before he gets to transfer to an ordinary school. This was initially divined by Shirayuki before in v2c3 as: "Kin-chan will disappear in a year".

- Due to unlucky constitution, she always stay indoors most of the time except during morning training or classtime to avoid encounters of misfortune. She loves reading books. A fast reader as well. She can finish a 260-page light novel in one hour. People call her the "walking library". As such, people usually asks her for book recommendation. She actually recommended a school battle light novel to Kinji titled, "Shidan no Maria"(死弾のマリア Lit: Maria the Phantom Ammo), which he very much liked. Recently, Riko had successfully dragged her into the world of visual novel by influencing her into playing Otome games after recommending some games.
- Surprisingly, she has a talent for swordsmanship. It seems her bloodline used to serve as a knight during Middle Age period and somehow she inherited that trait. Shirayuki declares her a rival and she always challenge her to a duel in deciding "who has the right to become Kin-chan's wife" whenever Shirayuki sees her together with Kinji in a lovey-dovey atmosphere. (Yeah, this is part of her misfortune, I guess)
- Because of the color of her hair, she tried dying her hair blonde in past, but it always reverts to black the following day. She gave up trying to dye her hair.

Ability:
1. Thanatos' Eye - Ability to detect the presence of imminent death. The red eye on the right gives her this ability.

There was a reason why her father was killed. I haven't thought up of a backstory for that but that was connected to irokane stuff. I'm not sure if I'm going to continue developing this character.

Still not finished at this time, and more ideas will be added in future if I have time.

In one way, Arisato Minato is the opposite of Tooyami Kinji in the sense that he seeks a life of Abnormality while the latter wants nothing more than to return to Normalcy. Before settling in Japan, he spent some time operating in various trouble spots. But similar to Kinji, he finds himself dealing with girl problems, no matter which city or country he's in. Whichever mission he takes, somewhere in there is a girl involve.

Even for a Butei, Arisato Minato is an unorthodox character. He's infamous in the Butei high for either being the worst Butei, or the craziest. This is because Minato has the tendency to choose people for the wrong kind of job. He had Fuyumi Raimei, a Medica student, blow up a truck using an AT4 anti-tank weapon. He gave his best friend, a member of Informa, a sniper rifle on their first mission together and told him to cover him. This isn't restricted to just people- he had once used phonebooks to armor a vehicle, aluminum foils as flash grenades, and cake icing to make fake plastic explosives.

Minato belongs to a long line of Assassins leading back to the great Ezio Auditore da Firenze, one of the legendary shadow figures that shaped Italy in the 15th century. He inherited his Ancestor's ability called [Eagle Vision] which allows him to identify friend from foe in an instance. It also lets him find specific items or people that hold an interest to his current objective. The only weakness of this ability is that it cannot truth in words, so to compensate, he took the Dagula class to train on that skill. Needless to say, his method of interrogation is quite unorthodox relatively to Butei teachings, but he never resort to torture.

In terms of combat skill, in his own words he is 'as skilled as a normal human should be allow to be with a normal human body'.

Well, you're talking with someone with very little to no information with regards to weapons. But after some time (more like a few seconds ) considering the choice of weapons, I think that non-sniping rifles are not that good for people — especially girls with petite builds — because of the excessive strain it gives to the arm.

I might change it into a submachine gun so that it's easier to handle for someone as small as Èlise. If you have any tips on how to pick a suitable gun, please enlighten me. :3
