I don't see that the author is going to make her into another Iris Zero. Iris Zero title is meant for Toru alone and forever.

I don't quite get how Rei's iris works....anyone can explain in simpler manner?

The reason she always got it wrong (sometimes) because her brother intentionally make it wrong or misinterpreted?

It was kinda creepy to have a ghost live inside you though.

Why is this manga so good at sending onion cutting ninjas after me?

@Sixth: Basically, the Iris belonged to her brother, so his personality is sort of "in" the iris. There's always been scientific studies on cell memory and transplants. Basically, when she was wrong, it's because she was seeing it through her brother's eyes and preferences. For example, the peas-- her brother really liked them, so he thought they were tasty, so it gave a positive result, even if she didn't think so. Hence an Iris can't be wrong, but a "person" can. They results were positive for the peas because he liked them, even though the other girl didn't. He may have thought she'd like it, too.

I see..Thanks for the explanation. So, I guess that the iris works the best when both of them were neutral to that specific things/events.

Exactly.

His preferences could color the actual probability results when it was something that he preferred or didn't prefer and he passed that on to his sister and it would work best when they were neutral to the situation.

Or at least that's the way I interpreted it.

Hell yeah, I had been waiting for Yandere Koyuki.

and seriously, Toru's eyes are extremely broken in the world where everyone has omnipotence eyesight. He even fooled them.
