I suppose, if Strike Witches can pack an amount of fanservice equal in quantity to the amount of mecha-service of Gundam Unicorn in its duration, then it'll be worth waiting for and I'll forgive the insane wait times

Awww. Well, I don't mind Perrine, so this should be fine, I guess. Would be preferred if Amelie was the one tagging along, but since Yoshika isn't around, her wives probably need to console each other

I mean, this OVA should have four episodes with an hour durations..
(Unicorn is the best OVA so far)

Overall standard Strike Witches fare, but they focused a lot on showing the interaction between Hartmann and her sister Ursula, who is a weapons and technology scientist and developer (for those who may have forgotten).

Well I certainly didn't know this was a thing. Might give it a go once all three OVAs air 'cause I'm impatient like that. Question is whether they're all take to the air before the next Sky Witches Operation*

*so called because Sky Girls, Strike Witches, and Vividred Operation are p much the same show. But somehow, this general idea is crazy enough to always work.

Quite personally, I was pleasantly surprised that this OVA managed to do a subtle commentary on adopting new technology through Erica.
