am i right. i juz watched this interesting anime the OP is my top20 songs so far. anyway why did it stop at episode 5? is there anymore? i hope they continue it.. i mean the subs.~

looking back at the timestamp on the previous page, it looks like this anime ended around march 18, 2007! i decided to watch chinese subs since im a native chinese speaker anyway.

the ending was not bad. this show overall is pretty fun. i hope there will be a second season though. what the hell, all the miina's were just introduced and its over? there is so much potential for more material...

overall, great show. very fun, very fanservice, very exciting. im surprised only 1 group, megami, subbed this.

Here I am digging up this very old thread...
It's been a while since the series has ended, but I had totally forgotten about the two original episodes included on DVDs. Luckily, they're both now out.

What do we get in the first episode, Uruwashi no Harumina (EX-1)? Plotless substance, mostly.

Spoiler for very minor spoilers but you never know:

A girl aspires to become a Miina after being saved by Kisaragi Miina, and does get her transformation at the end. Shimotsuki Miina's (the new girl's) costume just screams "fanservice", even more than Ootsuki Miina's - that's quite an accomplishment.

To be honest, I didn't think this episode was anything special. It's a good thing it was included in the normal broadcast.


The second one, Akiyama Miina Densetsu, was way more fun IMO. Well, some parts were so ridiculous that I couldn't help laughing. Very much in Kawaguchi Keiichiro's style, I thought.

Spoiler for very minor spoilers but you never know #2:

As the title shows, the episode is this time focused on the mysterious H-san, Haibara Minamo, Akiyama Miina... you know, the girl voiced by Mamiko Noto! Get to see people witnessing her wonderful doings at her random jobs (yes, her jobs as bartender and at the ramen shop were not enough! she was also a window cleaner, an umpire, a seiyuu, an idol, etc. )... then see her fight for Luna TV in the silliest way possible. Very hit & miss humor, some might not find it as stupid (in the good way) as I did.
I believe we were even treated to an "Ippen hataraite miru?" at the end of her transformation sequence?

Ah, Miina is really over now... I have to admit the whole thing was very, very silly yet this ends up being one of my favorite Gonzo productions.

Years late for an annoucement but 10 and 11 came out late 2008. And of course ex1 and ex2 were in planning for fansubbing... But well the goddess went to sleep. The goddess yawned and released a batch for the main season though
