on this episode 9 they really made a big change from manga, let´s do some predictions:
after watch this episode i think what happen on the past was she get rapped by teachers or high class students and then for fear she gona tell to parents or police they throwed her on the old bulding and left her for die(this prediction is based on what is showed on anime, who where yuuko sister dont appear and dont look gona have any cameo and even if appear make only this more right) and to not get caught they started the lie about a curse just to hidden the true about the rape

any others theories???(please stay more based on what is showed on anime than manga).

What I theorized too.
1. It is unlikely to be bullying, because there are only men.
2. She was stuck in a small basement, perfect place for sexual abusers to do their thing.
3. Beautiful girl, japanese.
They also broke her leg so she couldn't escape.
