Do not ask for licensed anime or manga
As described in Fansubbing and Licensing fansubs are technically illegal as they breach copyright. However as AnimeSuki.com does not wish to be associated with piracy, discussions about unlawfully getting licensed anime or manga or even DVD rips are not allowed. This means it is not allowed to post links to sites with such licensed material or ways to obtain it illegally, or ask for links or instructions to be emailed or PM'ed to you. Threads which break this rule will be either closed or simply deleted.

And to help you out, Ai Yori Aiosh is season 1. Enishi is season 2. They are different. Both are pretty good. If you liked the manga, the anime should appeal to you. I didn't like that there was no real goal to be reached. Their relationship seemed to get to a certain point then remained there. Nothing else really changed after the second season, either. But it's still a good watch.

Ai Yori Aoshi is a great series but is licensed. Enishi is no more than a bunch of filler episodes, while AYA has a main story this is completely lacking in enishi. However if you like AYA you'll like enishi as well. The only thing Enishi really introduces is that one of the girls that only occasionally popped up in AYA now has a major part. And the story progresses A LITTLE bit further.

... we really need a 3rd season ...

More than that, the series needs a definite end. Aoi and Koaru are already intimately involved with each other (What? You thought they just talk that night at Aoi's family home and then again that night in the hotel?). I'd like to see them make their relationship public and known. End the series instead of dragging it on and on and...

true but I don't think the manga asn't finished yet (not sure about this). This could be the reason why it's dragging.

Anyway, season three better have them reveal their relationship, there is no way that the entire city doesn't know by now that they are a couple...

Spoiler:
If they make a third season that has them hiding it again I might just have to give up on the show.

No, there isn't a third season. Not yet anyway, and nothing regarding a possible third one has been announced.

We didn't say there was a third series. We were saying that they need to make one and wrap up the story without dragging it out some more like they did in Enishi. >.>

I know you didn't say there was. InuYasha~ asked if there was one, though.

adding "o" to the beginning of almost anything makes it more polite sounding, or respectful-sounding
Aoi is younger than Miyabi, so Chika would naturally show more respect to Miyabi than Aoi (even though Aoi "outranks" Miyabi, but i don't think Chika knows that)

One thing is that it had been two years between AYA and Enishi, but NONE of the characters had changed or developed at all, it was like it only had been a few days from the first season... That disturbed me abit :/

I hope for a third season anyway, if it's possible.

I really hoped that's direction the second season would have ended up going, but instead it was nothing more than stupid fanservice. Unfortunately, as the manga is still continuing with the characters in the never ending "zero plot development" stage with no real end in sight, I don't think we'll see a definitive end to their relationship anytime soon. -.-

Major plot or not, it's getting annoying that no one knows yet about their relationship. I mean what in the name of the heavens are they so scared about telling everyone??? Oh well, I guess if everyone knew then they wouldn't be able to chase after kaoru any more
If they ever do a 3rd series they better make it a short 13 epi one with lots of story and char development and not 24 eps of which 20 are fillers again. AYA2 had 1 (yes one) episode in which something actually happened. Ah well, at least I still have the manga for the time being.

@ angelica : Tokyopop is currently releasing Ai Yori Aoshi so it shouldn't be too hard getting it online.

There are the reasons given in the show of course (fear of controversy/power struggles in the company if it went public, he's not ready to make a life for her, etc.), but I definitely agree with what you're saying. It's so frustrating! And, you know, somehow I think that, even if they did know, they'd probably still chase after him... *sigh*

I totally know what you're saying - although the show is fun enough in it's own way, I always thought that the parts focusing on the Aoi-Kaoru relationship were the best part by far. If they had a show that focused completely on that, I'd love it! (From the looks of this thread, I think a lot of other people would like it also!) Sometimes I just feel like telling all the other characters to "go away"!
