I'm surprised nobody create CA: Civil War movie thread yet.

The new status quo fractures the Avengers while they try to protect the world from a new and nefarious villain. Starring Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Paul Bettany, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Rudd, Chadwick Boseman, Emily VanCamp, Daniel Brühl, Frank Grillo, William Hurt, and Martin Freeman, Captain America: Civil Waris set to be released on May 6th, 2016. I'm sure this will be a crazy fun ride. Plus I think you can make for a pretty good story here.
Will be fun to have Spidey make his debut here and have a chance to meet this new version. Again I give props to Winter Soldier since otherwise I don't think I would be so much on Caps side if he hadn't really been so impressive in that movie. But in the end even though we can imagine how this might end, I do personally lean more towards his side of this debate. Luckily it's a debate with awesome fights so we all win here .

Oh geez.
So the plot looks to be about Cap protecting his friend who the government wants to bring in than a Superhero Registration Act like the comics. I'm still expecting a "bad" end though with the Avengers being disbanded until the Infinity War. And Cap and Bucky were really putting the hurt on Stark at the end there. O.O Now I saw Wanda and Black Panther in there. Where are Spiderman, the Vision, and Ant-Man?

If you look closely, Cap gets handed a thick document that has the words "registration" and "enhanced individuals" on the front cover. But I do get the impression that Bucky seems to be used as a catalyst of sorts though. Perhaps he'll be used as the figurative straw to break the camel's back.

Yeah, I think Bucky is just the last straw. Helping his friend escape whoever is coming after him probably is enough for "the world" of the Avengers doing whatever the heck they please.
I do think the plot is what we thought. With the Inhumans issue, the Avengers movies, and just all these superpowered people popping up....the world wants to control these people. I can't wait for this. So damn hyped about the potential here. Cap vs Iron Man, Spidey should have a little role in there somewhere, Black Panther, just....awesome times ahead.

Actually, to be totally honest, Civil War was NOT one of the movies I wanted to see. I like the idea of the Avengers remaining as a team, despite all the conflicts that happen within the group. Obviously, AoU showed the beginnings of a split... about the only piece of good news is that it's under Cap's movie, so not all other Avengers may be involved in this.
Quite honestly, I'll be waiting for Infinity Wars... yes, I realize that Civil War HAD to happen in order to follow this storyline in the comics. and if I'm remembering right, based on both the the actor's signing deal and why Bucky was introduced, there is a certain event I am NOT looking forward to.

The trailer was hype. That threesome in the end was freaking great. Definitely not the threesome Tony had in mind though
The "He's my friend"-"So was I" part was nice at the first watch as well, but after awhile it makes me think that Tony and Steve doesn't really look like friends here in MCU. They are still more like a teammates than a friends. But well you can argue that Tony still act like Tony to people he consider his friend and between first Avengers (when they two first met) to Ant-Man/Civil War, it's been... what, months or even years, they may have been warmed up to each other off-screen, it's just half the time they're on-screen we can only see them arguing to each other about their different point of views. As for Ant-Man. He was there, maybe in several scenes. We just can't see him
