i thought studio gaga were his assistance, even so i agree every page of that manga is art, and im sure it gotta take lot of time and work, and he have been working for this for a decade, but i have to accept that i dont like having to wait so much for my favorite manga to get one chapter released.

Just wondering if Miura will ever realize that some (most?) readers don't give a damn about some no-name ghost pirates or a "sea god" that's not even an apostle. Guts has been killing molluscs for two years maybe and personally all I want to see is the group arriving in Elfhelm for now. I'm sure there must be other readers like me who have been waiting for this for what... 4 years now?

The kid is probably the main villain dude's (forgot his name) spy or something. Probably keeping Guts alive until the next ritual since he didn't get full apostle power since 2 sacrifices escaped. |

I think that applies more to Togashi, but.... eh, whatever. But yeah, guess Miura's gotta get his Idolmaster on. Quote:
I assume you mean Griffith, yes? Though technically that kid is Guts' son (who got "corrupted" with Griffith's man-juice after raping Caska). And personally, I think it's precisely because he's his son that he feels the need to protect his father..... |

Personally, I agree with marvelB. The moon light kid is most likely Guts and Caska's son.

i think if he was still struggling to make rent, he would have a figure where to take the story but since he is financial set. He doesn't have to worry about it and isn't going to spend the kind of effort to take this story to where it needs to be.

It will take years but Berserk will oneday finish, provided Miura doesn't croack that is. I think it was mentioned in an interview the story is ~2/3 of the way done. Miura knows what he wants to do. Getting him to do it, however... |

Yeah, it was a response to a letter sent by fans from Skullknight.net where Miura (or more specifically, one of his editors) confirmed that the story was about 60% complete at around the time the letter was sent (which was a few years back). And supposedly Miura rarely responds to fan letters in general, so the fact that there was even a response to the inquiries of western fans makes me lean towards the statement being pretty legit..... |
