I actually seen this kind of thing happened 4 times in my life. So yeah, its really bad to make Akari like a bad girl, but in general this is a case where Akari felt she didn't live her life to the fullest or didn't get the chance to see what her other love interest was going to be like before tying the knot.

I'm pretty sure even more of a sh!tfit would've been thrown around the web if he did cheat on Yuzuki. For once he actually did everything right: He didn't cheat on his GF but at the same time comforted his childhood friend in a correct manner by finally acknowledging her to be a woman. But I agree, Akari's request was an insult to 3 people that are supposed to be close to her.

Other than that, this was the regular occasional "Akari's Boobs and Butt" - Show.

I think it's time for another onsen chapter, huh? We didn't have one for what? 2-3 chapters? Blasphemy!

Well that was an interesting chapter. I think it could have been handled a little better. I'm glad Haruto didn't cheat but it did kind of feel like Seo brought Akari down a notch to make Haruto look good.

So I don't get, that whole onsen trip was built up for 4-5 chapters or so which is fluff, yet a bombshell like this is dropped with no real foreshadowing and is already over in 1 chapter.

Is "forced drama" or "bad writing" the right term for this?

I actually liked this chapter, but it's about time for Seo to wrap up this series... I'm not interested in continuing this until Haruto and Eba are grandparents. It's a bit directionless at the moment but I think it's building up to some cheap drama followed by Haruto getting accepted by Eba's father, marrying Eba, and "THE END".

This wedding is going to put marriage into Haruto and Yuzuki's heads. Perhaps they'll decide t get married as a result and the series will end with that.
