I've searched online for info about who sings the opening and closing themes to the anime Planetes....

I am not sure if my ears betray me but is it Takehito Koyasu (Yuri in the Planetes anime) that is singing the songs cause it sounds a lot like him?

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
