Ran into this show just a week or so ago completely by accident. It was produced in 2005 for the UK Television company CBC for their Wild Docs program (a good tv series if you haven't seen it, btw) and showcased dogs and the utter fascination the Japanese have with them. It's really something to see all the stuff the Japanese do for their dogs. It makes the crazy stuff they do in California pale in comparison. It's a really interesting show and you guys should see it at some point.

If you've seen it, I'd love to hear your thoughts on it. The show is really quite interesting. Now it makes me curious to find out what special stuff the Japanese do for their cats if they go so all out with their dogs.
