How about this:

Nagasarete Airantou - It's a romance harem series about a guy living on an island full of women. To top it off he's the only male there. Totally funny.

Umi no Misaki - A boy from Tokyo moves to an island where his mother lived and later finds out that he's something a bit "special". Lots of romance, heartwarming moments, and mature themes.

So what do you say?

Okay...

Bloody Maiden - 13 Girls, one deadly legend, a story of survival. Lots of intense moments with some yuri added.

Fortune Arterial - Boy moves to a school on a island, and meets someone who forever changes his life. Great romance, funny, and cute.
