I don't know what to say, especially without understanding the dialogue.

As for the future...Lelouch's plans aren't exactly going to go unopposed, much less with Schneizel up to his own trickery.

I just hope the new Emperor is at least sane enough to not screw the Japanese and the UFN, or at least not too much.

Looking carefully at the OP as Foxxfireart suggested, I realized that the huge towering structure Todo is shown flying to really look like a rocket, probably to launch the Damocles Spacestation. Also it has britannian (green) floating wings.

It's probably somewhere on earth as we clearly see Zangetsu taking off at the beginning of the sequence.

Also just after we can see ducts and cables unplugging like during a shuttle launch sequence.

On Lelouch, I don't think this new found power of his as Emperor is going to last to be honest. Too good to be true you know what I'm saying? Especially with about 4 episodes remaining to change things around... Plus, like I said before he doesn't seem the type to be able to rule outright, so I figure on the whole he'll use this moment to try and bring the world together in one last epic confrontation with his brother and then step aside after wards, one way or another. <_<

No-no for some. Dorothea, in fact, may be Lelouch's- she has a suit similar in design, or the crest, at least, to Suzaku's in the preview.

After rewatching the raw, just looking at the cocky smile of Suzaku, Lelouch and C.C's sad expression as if she's not happy with what she is seeing at that moment, we are definitely in for a tragic end.

I just hope Lelouch's "live on" words for Kallen is a foreshadowing that she will make it towards the end.
