Can someone tell me if the grail affects anything in the game?

Sometimes a command seal appear near the bar below. What is the use of the command seal?

The Grail fills up as players take damage, and once its filled, you can use a Grail Move (check one of the early PVs that showcases them all) that pretty much does a full bar of damage. Afterwords, the Grail is drained and another Grail Move cannot be used for the rest of the round.

Everyone but Archer seems to have one, but I'm not sure if either player can use a Grail Move at any time or there's a requirement.

The command seal appearing just tells the player that a level of super is now available.

About the Overedge super: its actually more powerful than I though. Damage caused seems to be the same as Caladbolg (without being connected to a combo). I'm kind of lost about the amount of hits. Character Material says that Archer's use of Overedge is of "two pairs of Kanshou and Bakuya striking one a connecting style (one from the front and one from behind) followed by "X" shaped slash of an Overedge pair", but the movie shows a total of 5 hits. Are the "connected" slashs counted separatedly? By the way, Shiro's Kanshou and Bakuya super is called Crane Wing Three Ream (鶴翼三連). Does Archer's move has the same name?

Speaking of Shiro, just discovered that he is one of the few characters with TWO Grail Moves. One is the Nine Lives Blade Works while the other is the attack with Azoth sword. The latter is activated instead of Nine Lives when you fight against Kotomine.

Funny thing is that Shiro seems to be shouting "chesto" when he hits the Azoth.

Around 7600 damage? And godly range? The only thing he doesn't have is projectiles, and he apparently approaches well enough to avoid that.

Yeah, I heard about the Dark Saber + Bazette thing too. I think Saber Lily is just going to be an alternate costume though.
