So with the upcoming shows like this I say and read a bit of the 10th light novel of Accel World which is based on side stories and the last part of it seems to be a crossover with the other light novel, Sword Art Online. Do you think when both a doing good in the anime that we will get to see an animated crossover of it, if so do you think they will show it on tv or be like an ova and have to buy it in blu ray or dvd?

It will not air on TV Tokyo, but on UHF stations, with Tokyo MX being the first channel to air this anime. Don't confound TV Tokyo with Tokyo MX, both are separately different channels.

Someone knows his height ? he looks tiny compared to others lol

This sounded interesting until I saw the MC .. Okay, so he is supposed to be fat? Then draw him that way. The other characters look normal but nevermind being fat, this dude just looks deformed, OUT OF PLACE of that anime setting and world .. :x

The story is good enough to make up for any other flaws the series may appear to have, in my personal opinion (the manga is good). I'm able to look over petty things such as an unappealing MC in a series if the plot is engaging enough... But that's just me.

Anime is a visual medium. The character design is impt to get a good immersive experience. If you have to think about how a character looks, then you might not have a good experience.

^Good thing I have no problems with how he looks then, or I'd be in deep shit, lol. I think he's cute. Could be a lil taller, tho.

Then again, he might've been designed in such a way on purpose to help emphasize the fact that he is so depressed about/ashamed of his appearance.

Or maybe the author intended it that way? Its not uncommon for a story to purposefully create a protag which the audience will initially hate, for storytelling purposes, and the design of the character is a great way to sway opinions.

And honestly speaking, I think people would be even more turned off if they went with a fat design while keeping to normal aesthetics. They could be trying to mitigate the (very obvious) bias however little they can.

They make him to round or chubby or small. He should be at least shoulder height but in the illustration. He looks like a ball.

Kaji Yuuki as the MC seems an interesting choice, but this role is somewhat different to some of the previous ones he has taken on.

I do not believe he's (the MC) actually that short, but rather I'd like to think that it's similar to how Tomoki from Sora no Otoshimono is depicted occasionally. It may seem jarring and out of place to some people but we'll see how it actually fits when the anime starts airing.

He IS that short, unfortunately. But it doesn't matter that much, since most of the things will happen in the VR.
