I don't know to be honest. Kubo did co-write the movie. He also released a special manga chapter that revealed more about Hitsugaya's past for the sake of promoting the movie. So unlike the hell-verse movie where Kubo pretty much disowned it completely, the 2nd movie could be canon. Or at the very least, it could have confirmed some canon concepts (such as the extremely rare occurrence of two shinigami sharing the same zanpakuto spirit).

yea the monk guy seems like the leader of the 5 so he'll be last most likely. that or the story will become unpredictable for once and ichigo won't even go see those 2 like he saw the first 3 since something crazy will happen that requires immediate attention

I personally think only its like this prime Yama>arrancar arc Yama>Aizen(pre hogy)>Osho & Kirinji> Shunsui /healthy Ukitake>the other 3 rg captains>one handed Yamamoto>Unohana

With only Yama being the only one more than twice as strong as Shunsui or Joshiro alone.
