I have decent amount of anime of various genres. My favorite is action with romance. (not action, and not romance, but action AND romance. I have looked up all kinds of things and have found many anime I have liked and discarded the ones I don't. I need help I am looking for mainly the genre above as mentioned as my favorite, I want DUBBED anime fitting my description. Resulting to the romance in it I want it to have moderate romance, and not something super small. Here's a list of all the action AND at least some romance genre that I have watched:
Sword Art Online
Highschool DxD
Campione
Malen-Ki
Date A Live
Highschool of the Dead
Freezing
Sekirei
accel world
the familiar of zero/zero no tsukaima
Btooom
Fate Stay Night (I like more romance than this)
Seiken tsukai no world break
Chrome Shelled Regios
Tower of Druaga
absolute duo
mahou sensou
Infinite Stratos (if your gonna suggest a mecha, this is as much mech-like it can get)

P.S. I almost forgot to mention that it also bumps up the points if it has some sort of school-like setting.

These are mostly action/adventures but they do have a bit of romance. They also have terrific dubs.

If you don't mind some comedy thrown in the mix, I would strongly recommend Full Metal Panic. It's the story of a socially inept teenage mercenary who goes undercover to protect a short tempered high school girl. Also it's set in an alternate 2001 (1998 in the source material) where there are mecha and the USSR still exists.

There are two sequels, Fumoffu (which is straight up comedy and kind of bizarre) and The Second Raid (which is actually the third season

).

(Edit: Was rereading your first post, and it seems you're not a big fan of mecha. I will note however that Full Metal Panic has quite a few fans who aren't big fans of mecha in general, so it might still be worth a shot.)
