I think this show is at its best when it does normal traveling activities. Nana rushing to claim the bird plush thing was sooooo adorbs.

I thought this episode was a bit too fragmented. I wonder how much sense this episode made to folks not familiar with the source material.

So Satou is a reverse reincarnation summoned back to a fantasy world? His soul migrated to Earth and didn't have memories intact.

Sorry; dynamic content not loaded. Reload?

I thought this episode was the weakest in the series so far. It really didn't do much, but gave hints here and there. I guess it was a slice of life episode that jumped from one event to the next. There might have been plot progression that I might have missed, but as far as I can tell, this didn't move the plot along at all.

It was an ok episode, but most of it felt like filler for sure, even though I know it's not. I guess the 2 major points in the episode was that some sort of goddess from Satou's childhood is linked in some way, and that Satou learned how magic works and created his own.

Maybe. The gods are able to grab people from Earth so they at least have awareness of people in that world. Maybe one of Satou's older incarnations came from the fantasy world, or maybe the god found him on his own world. Whatever the case, she fell for him and decided that their love wouldn't work out with him as a human regardless of reincarnation, so she took some time to make preparations for her "divine intervention" and then paved the way to godhood for him.

Fair enough... besides, the latter opens so many possibilities. If magic is very akin to a programming language, and you're already acclimated to thinking in such terms... it's entirely possible that Satou will at some point create spells that are in some ways Outside Context Problems for others...

Satou may not be married yet but he is already feeling the ball and chain.

Watched episode 11:

Maybe it's just because I've spoiled myself on the manga... watching this episode about the potion incident somehow feel rather boring.

Anyway, I think the girls should be thankful that Satou at least has decency to relieve his stress on a love hotel instead of using them. He's a proper guardian.

Ep 11...
Wait, did our hero just fornicate with some random lady while we watched the OP?
And how did his slaves know? Did he tell them or did the animal girls sniff him or something?

Must be embarrassing to be in that situation whilst eavesdropping on some shady people and trying to get a "legally gray" deal done. I guess the Japanese audience loves micromanagers

There's something irking me about the way things proceeded in the anime, but it's spoilerish so I'm going to leave it for the next episode.

I mean, Alisa's odd mind aside, it's not as if Satou told them that in his eyes, they're essentially children. That doesn't really help. I'm surprised that Liza would cooperate with this though. Or Nana for that matter.

Well from the looks of it he has been hitting the bar quite often. It's possible that they just thought that something's not adding up. And from there, Alisa's slightly twisted mind takes over. Then, adding some tracking skills and maybe a nifty elvish spell, they find him.

I don't know if the animal girls would know that sort of smell, but I'm pretty sure our loli cougar would be able to sniff it out from a mile (at least as long as it's from a shota like Satou).

That was the final episode? Really? WTH? I'm ROFL'ing of how they ended the series.
So anti-climatic and devoid of substance. And that Lore Dump at the last minutes...
And, of course, a nice amount of (totally out-of-place) fanservice to try to compensate.

This last arc totally ruined the decent pacing the story kinda was having up to Mia's rescue.

Pretty meh finale, but I expected as much. Nana's activation sequence was probably the best thing about the finale.

It's a pity it had to stop here. The end of volume 4 would of been a far more suitable place as an end for an anime season.

This is a slice of life series about a guy who was being practically worked to death just wants to be able to kick back and enjoy life leisurely. Most complaints I see are people who just wanted a more action oriented series with more adventure and are complaining that they didn't get want they want. Doesn't mean their opinion is invalid, it's right for them, just not everyone looks for the same thing in a series.

Not my case, I assure you. It's just that quite the (in a sense) inconsequential arc ended up being the series finale.
That's my main disappointment, overall.

I loved the season ending, nothing fancy or dramatic. Just right for a slice of isekai show like this.

I was familiar with the manga prior to the start of the series and feel that this adaptation was pretty faithful to both the story and the tone. I like this series although I can understand why some would consider it bland. For me there is something appealing about Satou's relationships with the other characters especially the females. That being said, Nana feels like a character who was added to satisfy an editor wanting more risque material to boost sales.

Wonder why the pronunciation of the central cast's names are all two syllables except for Arisa. Does that mean something that is lost in translation?

I would really like for Zena to permanently join the story. She already fits in the central cast and would alter the dynamics.

Wonder how the author plans to handle six more characters added to the central cast when Nana's sisters return.

Arisa is probably going to be trouble in the future.

Lastly, exactly how much money does Satou actually have?!? Keeping that many women is a very expensive proposition.
