Sengoku Basara 3

Well, this new Basara game would be heading for the PS3 and Wii. So far, one new character has been announced. He's Ishida Mitsunari, and like most other Basara characters, his seiyu is big: Seki Tomokazu.

If this game is properly done, I'm getting that PS3.

Well, did you play the "original" 2 or the expansion? If memory serves, Oichi is playable only in the expansion.

But, Mitsunari looks kinda weird in Basara.

I think I played the expansion. I remember trying to beat Oichi story. . the last part when she fought Nobunaga was awesome (and kinda scary too, lol). But after a few game, the disc was broken so I can't play it anymore

it's a good game though.

Whoa.. he kinda looks.. Guitar Hero-like for some reason.
But he's interesting enough to use. I've always liked Basara characters that uses swords. Just hopefully he's the agile type.

Just recently visited the site. Can anyone tell me who the two new characters are? One looks like a new gun user and the other looks like a mystic mummy that is using orbs as the main weapon.

Sengoku Basara 3 is coming to the US as ...... Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes!(And the Fandom Rejoice!)

Not only will Ieyasu will be voiced by Liam O Brien but the main characters of the series, Masamune & Yukimura will be now voiced by Reuben Langdon & Johnny Yong Bosch respectively!!

Seems like a DMC4 reunion: Reuben as Dante and Date, Bosch as Nero and Yukimura, and Liam as Sanctus and Ieyasu. Stephanie Sheh was Kyrie in that so don't be surprised if she voices one of the females

I guess people aren't too excited for this game despite the second anime season currently playing?

Anyways, my copy of the game just came in the mail, and got to try my hand at Ieyasu's normal mode for a bit. It's my first Basara, so I'm still learning the ropes, but I have to say its really fun so far.

The cut scenes and story are awesome as well. Feels really similar to the anime.

Anyone else playing this game or thinking about it when the English version comes out this Fall?

Truth is, I was trying to avoid triple posting .

Personally, even though my Japanese is limited, I will get the JP version on the PS3 (well, BlazBlue and ACER come first ) just for the voice actors alone.
