Remember that Kamachi's other, other new series would be out on July 10th so I doubt Index would come out at the same time.

How many years / volumes will be in-between? It took 6 years from Vol. 1 Norse magician and Saint to Vol. 22 with a hax star destroyer. NT started with magicians from WW3 to hax magic god (who will hopefully lose to Hamadura for the lolz). The way it goes on I wouldn't be surprised if Aiwass turned out to be lower fodder in Index Revelations

Wouldn't the 'real' Rapture simply be the end of To aru? It will supposedly lead to the final judgement and I don't see Touma capable of stopping it, since stopping the rapture will stop the final judgement, which Christian factions will (probably) prevent him from doing so.

If the Rapture is a spell, either a forced partial teleportation to a different dimension or maybe leave people in a coma-like state?

But then again laws can change and Imagine Breaker has proven that numerous times.
