Only the green parts are clear. Unless I'm misunderstanding you somehow

I love the overall look, kinda like having GN Swords sprouting out everywhere from its body to spice up a relatively bland design.

He's referring to how the transmitter bits on the Ghirarga's model are all transparent green, wherein the actual design it's only the edges that look like GN condenser material.
