I can see in the end Rustal still wins however all thr atrocities GH has committed leaked to the public due to Nobliss double-crossed Rustal because of deak with McMurdo or Kudelia. Then full-scale war probably started and opening the possibility of a new series set in the PD timeline.

Nah Rustal doesn't give a damn about status quo. What he wants is order.and as was shown he can easily make 180 ° turn to keep it.
