I think when they first entered the timeless zone it was said that 24 hours in the game was 15 minutes in the real world.
Edit: wait, that seems wrong. I'm gonna recheck that episode. Edit 2: no clue where I got those initial numbers. In episode 10 Haru says 1 day real world time is 3 years game time. So game time is about 1000 times faster. A day in the game would be ~1.44 real world minutes.

However, when they entered the Unlimited Field, it was stated by Haru that 1 day in the real world equaled to 3 years in the Accel world, which translates to 18.25 minutes in the Accel World for every second in the real world. So the times are roughly around there. A novel reader might be able to give you a more exact time.

In Episode 1, when they first Burst Link in the school lounge, it was stated that the acceleration is a factor of 1000.
Which is where the other rough estimates stem from. Half an hour in the accelerated world = 1800s = 1.8s in the real world. 3 years in the accelerated world = 1095 days = 1.095 days in the real world.

One thing I have to suspend my disbelief about Burst Linking for a long time is that shouldn't your neurons melt from operating at high frequency for that long? The GABA output would be close to that of a seizure!

Considering that the oldest Burst Linkers has been diving for the last 7 years (real world) without incidents, it will probably be left as a plot hole.
KYH's and Niko's play time must be dozens of years and they are still alive and well

I don't know anything about any interview, but the author did leave a note in the volume 10 afterwords saying that there is no clear connection between the two series (confirmed by 3 different people). Kawahara was being a little vague when he said that, so it isn't completely wrong to think that they worlds still might be related. It's just that most people seem to believe that was the author's way of saying that we should assume there is no connection between these two worlds.

Really now people...just because the two works belong to the same author and are set in the future don't automatically assume it's all connected xD |

I got to see a whole new facet to Niko's character relating her experiences with Cherry Rook to Haru.
She can be cute and tender when she wants to, particularly baking and giving away as present those cookies to Haru. Spoiler:
