After the Parasite Doll incident, Zhou escaped to Kyoto and hid in a faction there (伝統派).
2 months later, Thesis Competition time. Location: Kyoto. While 1st High students are preparing Tatsuya was visited by the Kuroba siblings with a message from Maya: "I want you to help capture Zhou". While Tats has no idea why Maya is "asking" instead of "commanding", Tats & Miyuki does so. They're matched up against Kudou (plus the 'Nine' families allied with Kudous). And there, the Shiba siblings met a genius magician (Not sure if this meant Cardinal George or Retsu's grandson).

The volume will focus on schemes in Kyoto, and we find out how the magicians got developed to this point in the setting.

The poll will open after the book is released.

I doubt the very first chapter will start off with the thesis competition. The first chapter will likely deal with the student council change over, the second with preparation for the competition ect. I doubt they will jump straight into it in the first chapter.

It has a little more detail.

Tatsuya and his friends are selected as the 1st High school for Thesis competition.

Kuroba twins visited the Tatsuya and delivered the letter from Yotsuba Maya. It states, " Assist us on capturing Zhou." However, this time, Maya requested / asked (similar to hiring a professional for a contract job) Tatsuya for his support. Tatsuya is questioning Maya's intention because she did not order him this time, but seems like Tatsuya decides to take the job.

Tatsuya and Miyuki set a path to "Kushima" family, which is the the center of opposition against "Traditionalist".

At that place, Tatsuya and Miyuki have a fateful meeting with the made-genius magician (I think, it means, "artificial", but the summary does not use the word, "artificial", yet)

Tatsuya the one who has a relation to the history of Magician development, Miyuki, and their comrades challenge schemes and dark ploys surrounding the ancient city of Kyoto

I doubt Morisaki will be the chairman, he is not well liked by some of Tatsuya's friends. It will probably be Shizuku. Miyuki will be the president, I see Tomitsuka as the new leader of the martial arts club to replace Sawaki but we don't know enough member besides him and Kirihara who is a 3rd year too.

Huwat? Part of the current diciplinary members are Tomitsuka, Miki and Morisaki. So either of those 3 are going to be Chairman. Club Kaito would either be someone of Leo capability or Eimi from the horse club something;but its been said that club Leader should be charistmatic and look up as someone you are afraid of.

No Problem. The summary only used the "comrades", so it is hard to know how big this group is. I am also thinking a possibility of Masaki taking a role if he shows up at Kyoto. Tatsuya may use him again as a information source, or he even fights for the Miyuki.

That's true .... Well if everyone in close circle knows he is a yotsuba and a strategic class magician they might distance themselves from tatsuya IMHO

Currently, we are talking about a short summary that the publishing company has released for the advertisement. The short summary has been translated in previous comments.

I'd like to see Erika & Miyuki teasing Miki and Mizuki. Like what happened in vol. 7 and vol. 10(where they're teasing Honoka or rather restraining her ). If those come form a teasing team not even Godsuya can win.(referring to vol. 2)

Not Erika; ch. 2 vol 13; she got uncomfortable because that isnt the right time and place to talk about lineage. and Tatsuya have been pretty busy for the 9SC. So we didnt get to see the usual cast.
