We just know where it started. Where Red (if I remember correctly) became Allen. The next chapter(s) we will see a deeper look into his origin.

Allen referenced the third light novel when he remembered the original Allen which was barely shown in the manga. Maybe there will be a bigger revelation to Allen's past. The fact that this arc transformed into "Farewell to A. W." might imply change to Allen.

I get the feeling this basically WAS his life prior to meeting Mana. This is just the point where he's starting to get testosterone pumping enough to want to rebel a bit. Also when he learns the 14th's song.

That said, yeah this is boring, please move the story a little please. I feel like we haven't progressed more than one chapter's worth in the past 10-11 chapters now.

Yes we already know the dog was called Allen.
We also knew Marian was looking for Nea's host.
We also already know the Allen's body became younger for reason unknown to us.

In other words, this chapter offered nothing new.
