This is completely retarded. Our trains are already packed like sardine cans and we need to have exclusive cabins?

@ ganbaru - I was wondering if your "Southern Gate" in your siggy refers to a girl's legs (gate at the south of the body), and opening them up......you know.
Packed like sardine cans eh? How's about getting that cabin packed with girls from certain age, let's say teenager to 30.
Set up cameras + Sell the footage to yuri fans = Profits???

Then we build more trains. This time with an exclusive bikini cabin

HH is Hail Hitler? Because It's Echi Hentai for anime/manga fans.... So a chat room will be like:
  • Anime fans: so you like HH
  • Nazi members: You are one too? 88!!
  • Chinese member: We haven't started yet,why you guys going already

PS: the news story thread is now a bit like "Silly news story thread "

14/88 is what you often here or see in Russia nowadays too. Which is sad of course, but also expected.

This does not affect the actual consequences if they have sex with a minor, because in sexual acts where one person is younger than the age of consent, courts will rule that the act was not done in consent. This makes it as punishable as before.

The problem is you have to weight the protection of society against the freedom of a single person (who might not be able to control his/her compelling emotional drives).

I'ld say if someone did such an offence, he/she will likely (to a certain, not to be underestimated degree) do it again... its sometimes just a matter of time. Imo, in such cases preventive meassures are acceptable to certain degree.

I think if they were allowed to at least use purely fictional material (like animations or drawings) to satisfy their compelling emotional drives, then I'ld say thats okay, because it helps them to remain abstinent and thereby in minimizing real incidents. Of course this is seen as a stigma in the western societies and hence very unlikely to be adopted.

Looks more like someone at the Gazette trying to connect unrelated dots in desperate attempts to tar and feather...

Actually *reading* the article and doing independent research provides a substantially different and more subtle picture but this... well the Gazette editorial seems confident no one will read past the first 3 or 4 paragraphs where he has to admit things are more complicated. The "Greeley Gazette" is so provincially local it was hard to tell exactly where "Greeley" is (they just assume the reader knows). The "about" page was useless, the front page phone number area code and meta tags were what provided illumination (a small town online paper near a small college in Colorado). I have a paper like this in a small town near me - it covers local events fine (high school sports, church charity events) but generally falls apart when trying to discuss anything outside of that. The high school debate teams sometimes use it for examples of how to fail at analysis and constructive debate.

Jinto already covered the legal and scientific aspects of the matter so I won't repeat his analysis.

That is so going to make Hamas try to capture more soldiers in the future. They just need 1 to free hundreds.

Given what happened when they captured this one, I would rather say ;they capture 1, they get a few hundreds bombs on their heads.

actually (and hopefully) this might finally lead the Israeli government to adopt a new policy regarding who it does and does not arrest when it comes to people engaged in terrorist activities.
basically, if you have blood on your hands, you'll "try to resist" and be killed for it, regardless of whether or not you we're resisting in your sleep.

That or to reduce arresting peoples because they just throw rock at the wrong person/place ( or something as stupid and sensless ).

people who throw rocks don't get released on these prisoner swap deals (they don't get long sentences so why clog up the release list with them).

If the other Arab states aren't feeding Palestine and let fend for themselves, no doubt that place would end up having good trade relationship with Israel.

See for now, if they are not trading prisoners, they are swapping lead and explosives - even without a free trade agreement in place!

But nooo, the other Arab states have to intervene to show off the power of their influence.....
