I'm quite confused with Touji. He's somehow can talk to Natsume as if they were known each other for a long time OR maybe reread the whole manga again

If you don't want it spoiled for you, just go back one or two chapters. The manga leaves quite a bit of hints.

Chapter 10 is out.

Looks like Haru lost the fight (though we didn't see it), but contrary to expectations he actually became popular! As it's been hinted several times now he apparently has a "special power" that manifested near the end which broke his sword and led to him losing.

Kurahashi may look to have feelings Natsume, but it's somewhat hard to say at right now until we know more about the story behind that "ribbon".

I was also pretty happy with Haru telling Natsume off for once at end there. Might have been a bit harsh, but was very understandable.

the manga is based off the light novel.

If so then Spoiler: It's in the end of volume 3 when Kyoko had this flashback if I remember correctly. I think she lost her ribbon or something, and Harutora offered to help her look for her ribbon, and made a promise to help her find it (though he never kept the promise). She was pretty touched by his sincerity and willingness to help that she fell for him BUT she didn't know he was Harutora. She thought he was Natsume.
