Synopsis:

Alien who thought that it would be better if Earth was just destroyed due to its civilization being at a far lower level than hers rethinks it after seeing cute things.

Silly premise but cute regardless and a fun first episode if nothing else. Probably stick with this one to make use of HiDive if nothing else.

I guess credit to them for jumping right into the premise. Though I'm not sure how to feel about a protagonist that wanted to commit planetary genocide because she didn't care for the cultural level of one species on it. Makes you wonder how many planets were wiped out unnecessarily because this person couldn't be bothered to do basic investigations.

Admittedly the premise does require ignoring that this goofy alien species are a bunch of psychopaths that massacre innocent people on a whim. But if you can get past that the show is fine . Lot of fun watching her freak out over everything. Dogs and cats are extremely cute after all.

At least cat cafe saved the world. Good job in particular to cats. They stepped up in a big way here.

Credit as well to dogs and all other pets on the planet. They also did good work. Hope everyone gets some extra treats.

So more or less, they're using an alien premise to introduce different types of animals and have the characters over-react to them, right?
The OP doesn't match the anime at all and overall the quality is low, but I guess if you are an animal lover, this would be fun to watch...?
I don't think its that bad, but there are so many anime today and as far as the first episode gets, it was already starting to get repetitive. I think 10 or 12 minutes would have fit this type of thing more.

Cats basically saved the world and then a cat owner nearly dooms it again by overstating things . Exaggerations around the woman who's people seem to blow up planets for kicks probably isn't a good idea!

Good and silly episode overall though. At least cat ownership is going pretty well. Besides...not being able to leave the house.

Honestly, the Golden Retriever story was probably the best moment in the entire show. Just a legitimately sweet scene there. Mostly since it felt real. Since the loss of a pet is something many can relate to. Though I guess the general cuteness of animals is in that category too.

This episode did confirm it...all aliens are idiots. It isn't just Liza.

Also I guess Luster will be fine. Just need to expose him to hairless types of pets.
