Gerard's mindcontrol is the only argument there is to it. Face it: His entrance into the guild is already set in stone

... maybe Im going out on a limb here but i have been thinking this since he made his comeback within the arc.

I don't like it that he's turned into a good guy. What's misteyes gonna think now. I mean he was a supreme evil bad guy, you can't just turn him into a good guy whenever you want to.

i don't think he can just waltz into fairy tale like that. there is still that bit about him betraying the council and firing the etheron canon and trying set Zeref free.

the best case scenerio for gerald is to wander around trying to make up for his past misdeed.

also gerald is too hax a character to be allow in the story on a regular bases.

I think we would sooner see Natsu rip out Gerard's limbs one by one than see him in a position to hurt Erza more than he has.

That's it, news on him being mind-controlled at the end of his arc already redeemed him. The Author also turned Gazille to the good side who was actually really bad to the core before and he is all friendly with FT now so taking in Gerard should be piece of cake. About Natsu? : Just like with anyone else he will yell at Gerard he wants to duel him all day.

A LOT of bad guys in this anime turned good. What's next, all the evil guilds including Oracon Seis now become good guys? Then, the real bad guys, the man behind the man in front of the man?

It's the same with RAVE, there were load of bad guys turn good. But I don't care about that, what I care is Gerald must die.

I'm officially sick of him.

We will see a lot more of him though, Gerald and Gerald-lookalike

I didnt except Natsu VS cobra, but oh well, i guess that what makes it fun. So the snakes more of a sky serpent, this should be a fun aerial battle. Although idk if natsu can do it alone, i mean an Oracio Sies has yet to fall to one person. Unless you count Hot Eye who fell to juras mighty potato head, lol.

sumowow Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2007 Age: 35	Okay here what i think is going to happen. Spoiler: Since Nirvana seems to be heading towards Cait Shelter then i believe that's their next target. Since Wendy wants to go see gerard and help them, then i believe she will see a Gerard/Erza moment and be disheartened. Lucy, and Gray will try to stop Nirvana by defeating blain. The sleeping guy will show up and attack the group, Natsu recieves another Deus-Ex power up and ends up defeating him. Seeing Natsu risk his life to save Cait Shelter will then make Wendy start to have a crush on Natsu (Wishful thinking on my part xD) and have amazing respect and trust in Fairy Tail. Happy End
