if that leaked top 3 of the character poll is correct, while Zen finally topples Medaka... lol @ him still losing to Akune, and people wanted to play the Zen wasn't featured much card for him sucking in the last poll.

Looks like the number of poll respondents went down from the second one. That's not really good news.

lolwut at Akune coming in second. I did really like his characterization throughout and after the Treasure Hunt arc, but he didn't show up often afterwards at all. In combination with the lowered overall votes (judging by Kumagawa) these results are pretty strange.

Don't forget that the poll votes were made while the anime was playing season one where Akune has a prominent role, so that might have helped getting him votes despite not appearing in the manga for a long time.

That's a good explanation.

Still though, Akune being in the top-2 is strange no matter the scenario. I don't think he was in the top 5 on any of the other polls.

Plus, he's bland as fuck.

This poll is just atypical.

I thought shiranui was zenkichis minus since she always helped him but it turned out she was medakas shadow which ia actually very similiar to what i thought since she helped medaka by helping zenkichi .

I really hope zenkichi can save shiranui by learning slient eraser and medaka sacrifices herself for that and be his uncles nurse forever in that cursed hospital lol
