More like 2-3-4 are flashbacks, since Shakti (kind of) narrates them in the beginning & end.

Ep 1 does tend to be confusing the first time you watch, but Eps 2-4 are meant to clear that up, so I don't think there's a need to watch the series out of order.

I see. Well, I went ahead and started watching Gundam X, but I'll remember that when I get to V. Thanks.

I think that Victory Gundam can be watched from the first episode onwards. Sure it seems a little bit confusing, though i really like how episodes 2, 3 and 4 are handled as flashbacks. Nicely done.

Destroy Gundam, probably, being kinda both.

EDIT: Never mind. Big Zam has it beat in size and weight. I have no idea now.

EDIT AGAIN: After a bit of thought, its suddenly extremely obvious. The largest, heaviest mobile suit has got to be the Colony Devil Gundam.

That one did cross my mind, but I wasn't too sure.

Sorry if this sound really blunt...
YOU WEREN'T SURE IF THE COLONY DEVIL GUNDAM IS THE LARGEST "THING" EVER AFTER IT CROSSED YOUR MIND?

After all, that naming is very literal

Devil Gundam has enough tentacles to wrap around the Earth, the diameter of earth is 12756.2 km.

If you put all the MS and MAs in the entire Gundam multiverse end to end, they may still be shorter than one tentacle of Devil Gundam.

Devil Gundam aside, that would probably be the Space Revolutionary Army Patulia Mobile Armor from Gundam X.

I wasn't too sure if it counted, since it's, ya know....a fucking space colony? And not a MS or MA.

World Devil Gundam would be bigger if it happened. But that was only in G-Gundam's OPs, what with a gigantic Devil Gundam growing out of Earth.

All Gundams in G Gundam are MFs, Mobile Fighters. Being Mobile Fighters, they are either MSes or MA. Colony Devil Gundam is just an enormous Mobile Fighter.

But yea, the largest MA besides Devil Gundam would be Patulia, being 600+ meters long.

I remember fighting the patulia in SD Gundam g gen wars, and damn that thing is freaky!
its bits and tentacle things are crazy, but the shape has got to be the most "unrealistic" non-original design I have ever seen! I destroyed it though =D

what is the most effective and powerful mass produced units type (something like zakus, GN-Xs, where they are piloted by common soldiers and no names) in all gundam universe?

I don't really know. From what I've seen of Gundam shows, my vote would either be to the GN-XIIIs and Aheads from Gundam 00, or the ZERO-System using Virgos and Virgo IIs from Gundam Wing.

Hm, well, each series has its own end all be all grunt. Hard to say which one would be the strongest.

I guess it's a toss up between the Virgos and the GN-X line.

Doesn't hurt that both the Virgo mobile doll lines and the GN-X series lines are both based on technology used by that series' Gundams.
