The marketing is doing trial and error, so far they've being doing the same JP has been doing like a real life fest and do announcement there. It works for JP but US is bigger and people can't travel for the fest. They get feedback and change, I don't see them following blindly JP once they know what works and doesn't, so expect them to improve for year II.

Nope. The thing is I cannot even download a new version normally despite having JP Google acc. And it started 4 hours before the maintenance.

It does not show the maintenance mesaage, just standard "cannot connect to server". I just don't get it.

UPD: OK. I reneded it somehow and it shows the maintenance mesasage at least.

I guess that means they want to the banner to end before the anniversary event like what happened to JP.
But does this mean there' s a chance for an updated quartz package?

So, I rolled, got all excited on my last 3 quartz when the "loading" appear shortly before the wheel start turning. It means the game is downloading data, so it's a new servant for sure. And it was Suzuka.

Yes, because it means that the game needs to load the summoned Servant's voice data for its reveal.
