Rimuru did give them some pretty cool names though, even if he doesn't remember it.

An Orc Lord, might be a good opponent for Rimuru, he needs some proper competition, that Majin could be very strong.

Looking forward to next episode to see what happens with the Lizardmen, could be useful allies, 200000 orcs is a gigantic army to face off against.

It seems like the anime won't go further than the manga and characters that appeared in the OP are confirmed to not show up (in S1 at least). Probably have to wait a few years for S2 tho (if we do get one).

That was quite obvious for the last few weeks already, considering it took 8 episodes for a single LN volume worth of content, hoping that this series would get beyond the content of LN vol. 3, (or at most the beginning of LN vol. 4), would be like asking for this series to flop. You can't just suddenly change the pace like that. 3x8 = 24. It's simple math. If you suddenly start squeezing 5 episodes into a volume to cover all of LN vol. 4 it would be like a middle finger to the fans. And at this point I really prefer the current pace.

Regarding the chances of a second season, this series might be the first in history to get into top 10 of yearly series sales for BOTH LN and manga at the same time, or at least belongs to the very few series that managed to do that. Also manga generally have better chances to get an adaptation all the way to the end than LN - and this series is high up there in BOTH. I don't have too many worries. Actually, as long as we get a season 2 with another 24 episodes that covers up until LN vol. 6, I wouldn't even mind too much if the anime ends because vol. 4-6 are the most hype out of them all.

I don't think this is the way it's done in manga.. but in anime, it's truly feel like he hold a big responsibility for the survivor and his sister

And in this case the evolution linkage is even closer and more obvious which just makes funner. It's not like person riding on a dolphin here, but like human on a neanderthal.

I never notice this in the manga (probably because i just skim through the pages and more focus on the words)

But now in the anime, when i saw the scene where rimuru standing on top of bed while benimaru kneeling in front of him, i dont know why but i just burst out laughing on that scene.

I mean i understand the "why" but it still funny the more i think about it
