At school, Yui decides to hold a disciplinarian committee meeting. She mentions that the number of disorderly students has risen, so she plans to take affirmative action against any and all troublemakers for the next few weeks. She issues demerit points to the 'bad' students for various reasons, such as short skirts , lack of interest in studies, etc. Even Lala's inventions get confiscated

Haruna becomes concerned due to Yui's actions, saying to Rito that if Yui keeps this up no one will want to come to school anymore. Meanwhile, Yui finally encounters Saki and co. in the hallway Yui screams that Saki is violating the dress code by not wearing the uniform, and Saki laughs it off by saying that she can simply pay off any 'violations' and that rules do not apply to her. As Saki leaves, Yui becomes greatly upset and continues the crackdown, even scolding the pervert principal

After school, Yui is all alone in a classroom, cleaning up some papers. Rito appears and helps her. He tells her that maybe she shouldn't try so hard to reform the school by herself, as it's too burdening for one person to handle. Yui suddenly remembers when Rito saw her naked in the onsen, and how she was supposed to hate him. She hesitantly asks if they can take on the responsibility together, which shocks Rito. Then she mentions that it was only a joke and she'll follow his advice.

As Yui walks away in the halls, she thinks to herself, "baka! what am I saying to him! thinking such things, I deserve 8 demerit points!"

It's official, Yui is now part of THE HAREM (current members include Lala and Haruna, and possibly Eve). Rito, you lucky, lucky bastard. Words cannot express how much I envy you right now. Even the Yui fans in the 2ch thread are going nuts. Deredere mode FTW

Hooray! Tsundere getting into the harem is always something to celebrate. It's funny that for once, I don't mind any of the girls in the harem, usually there are at least a few, if not all, I despise, but not with ToLove.

This manga continues to remain very high up on my entertainment list, and I have a pretty long list of manga.

This is why I'm strongly rooting for a harem ending, so that Eve and Yui have a chance. God forbid it turns out as bad as Ichigo 100%.

Haruna is standing in a hallway, thinking about Rito and Lala. They told her that they have to go somewhere, and Haruna is wondering where they're headed off to. Suddenly, Haruna is greeted by ghost girl Oshizu, which freaks her out. After Haruna calms down, Oshizu asks about her progress with Rito. Oshizu apologizes and says that she learned about Haruna's feelings for Rito when searching her soul from before.

Haruna tells Oshizu that she hasn't told Rito anything since, but Oshizu refuses to accept that and tells her that she will search for Rito so Haruna can confess properly. Oshizu then scurries off, becoming invisible.

In the library, Lala and Rito meet up with Eve, who is reading a book. Lala tells Eve they're making sukiyaki tomorrow and invite her to come. Rito is worried that Eve will get upset, but Eve is mesmerized by the sukiyaki and accepts

Unknowingly, Oshizu bumps into Rito at this time and accidentally possesses him. Oshizu, now in Rito's body, still continues her search, checking the female locker room (while Saki and co. are changing ), and under the stairs . Yui sees "Rito" and wonders what he's doing, and Oshizu looks up and stares at her panties . Yui gets embarrassed and runs off, then Oshizu realizes she's in Rito's body and returns to Haruna.

Rito is confused, but regains his senses. Haruna pictures Lala in her mind and thinks that now is the time that she has to confess. Before she is able to say anything, Rito mentions to her that he's throwing a sukiyaki party for Lala and Eve to introduce them to some Earth foods, and invites Haruna to come. Haruna takes a deep breath, and simply accepts.

Oshizu is concerned, and says to Haruna, "you're being too nice to Lala, is this really okay?". Haruna tells her it's fine, and that Lala likes Rito and if she interferes it will only cause trouble. Oshizu is speechless.

Meanwhile, Rito is ecstatic from Haruna's response, but gets scolded by Saki, Yui, and the other girls from the locker room for his "antics"

If she joined the harem Rito would've even got the supernatural girl covered. Come on man, don't lose to Negi

Haruna taking a defeatist position after all the screen time she's gotten (and the fact that Rito's already head over heels in love with her)...somehow I doubt she'll bow out of the race this early. Plus Lala would easily accept her for a threesome Needless to say, this sukiyaki party is going to be crazy.

As for Yui, we all know what happened the last time she and Oshizu met...maybe this time Oshizu snatched her panties?

Decent chapter. Another "support" for Haruna. This manga seems to build up to when haruna confesses and the end? It kinda looks like Love hina more and more...

yeah she is...Haruna is way too boring. But the trend of the manga is pretty much set in the direction of "rito accident with girl X", "Lala does something to rito to make him blush", "haruna gets jeolous", "haruna/rito tries to confess but interrupted by someone" repeat... This formula can only go so long before people get tired of the story not moving forward at all. Lala still the best though but I think she is probably smart enough later on to recognize rito loves haruna and back off though

Oshizu found out about Haruna's feelings for Rito when she was searching through her subconscious to draw out her soul. When she possessed Rito she was in a hurry to get back to Haruna, so she didn't bother searching him.

And of course, if the two ever knew of their feelings for one another the manga would end

I am just glad that at least Haruna hasn't outright given up and is confused. I hope they will eventually take this triangular (rectangular if you count Yui ) relationship a bit more seriously down the road.

Sukiyaki party...wish I was invited

Rito, Lala, Haruna, Eve, and Mikan all gather at the house for the sukiyaki party. Eve tries out the sukiyaki and some other food, then comments that Earth food is delicious. Mikan asks what Eve's favorite food is, and Eve responds "Taiyaki...". Rito wonders if taiyaki is all she eats

Lala brought a bunch of tofu, which everyone happily eats. 20 hours pass, and everyone is satisfied. While Peke is sleeping, Lala gathers Haruna, Eve, and Mikan together. Meanwhile, Rito is taking a bath. Suddenly, the bathroom becomes twice as big, due to Lala using a device to cause spatial distortion. The four girls enter the bath (all nude, of course ), unaware that Rito is inside.

Peke later stumbles into the bathroom and accidentally shuts off the space warp device before going back to sleep, returning the bathroom to normal size. Rito also returns to normal, surrounded by all the girls in the tub (and earns a sound beating from Eve ).

Looks like Eve is one step closer to being inducted into "THE HAREM" All she needs is to exhibit the deredere for Rito and not whack him

I thought Oshizu was going to play a role in this party and intervene on Haruna's behalf, but she doesn't. Either the writers are playing it safe or we really are headed towards a harem ending (which I wouldn't mind). Whatever the case, they should do something about Rito's fixation on Haruna and have him start appreciating the other girls (most notably Lala). Otherwise, this will end up as sour as Ichigo 100%, and we all know how that went.

Meanwhile, bring on the MikanxEve doujins

Trouble never sleeps

Spoiler for 77 summary and pics:

Title is 'Troublesome Night'. Starts with Rito all beaten up from what happened in the bath Lala, Haruna, Mikan, and Eve have all donned pajamas and are ready to sleep. Haruna stays with Lala while Eve goes with Mikan, and Rito sleeps by himself.

Lala turns to Haruna and comments that “today was fun, let's continue to get along after this, ok?” Haruna is a little surprised, but smiles and says yes.

Meanwhile, Rito is worried that Haruna will be upset over what happened earlier and can't sleep Suddenly a scream is heard outside. While it was just the plant (whose name is Celine, btw) coughing, Rito thinks it's a thief and goes to check. He runs into Haruna, who accidentally hits him in the face from shock The two notice a trail of drinking water on the floor and follow it.

They end up at Mikan's room, who is sleeping soundly. Rito notices that she's alone in her bed, and wonders where Eve went. Suddenly one of Eve's hair blades takes a swipe at him, and he notices her standing in the corner. However, Eve is actually asleep

Rito and Haruna hear a noise from the kitchen, and the two retreat to the nearby closet. Haruna says that she's scared, and Rito tells her, “don't worry, I'll protect you”, which surprises Haruna. As the person from the kitchen draws closer, Rito moves in to attack...and immediately gets KOed by drunken daddy

Haruna is startled at first, but remembers Rito's mention of protecting her and smiles. Meanwhile, Lala is happily asleep and dreaming of Rito

Ah, good ol' Torabu: one step forward, two steps back

This chapter might be the best example of why I'm rooting for a harem ending: despite everything that's happened thus far, Haruna harbors no ill feelings towards Lala, and Lala wants to remain friends no matter what. It's also one of the reasons why I favor ToLove over all the other harem romance series, since everyone in Rito's "harem" isn't greedy, selfish, or manipulative.

I'm still iffy on whether Eve is part of the harem though...she's taken a liking to Mikan (and vice versa, it seems), and she still attacks Rito, even in her sleep

Keitaro's somewhat different to Rito though, especially in the 'walk into girls changing' stat... which is the primary reason he gets abused as he does.

While it's true Rito gets into similar situations, not all of them are his fault (e.g. he was possessed, the girls walk into him, etc...) Plus I don't get the insecurity aura on Rito, something that IIRCwas an integral part of Keitaro's character.

Not to mention that neither Haruna nor Lala are tsundere... Eve I can't say, but she just seems uninitiated to earthly social contact...

Poor Rito, never getting a chance to really shine in front of the girls... I was hoping that eventually there'd be an alien invasion or something that gets Rito to prove that he's capable of something.

(So far he's got the drive and determination, but it never works out.... it's almost as frustrating as SR at times.)

Then again, guess it's hard when 2 of the girls are superhuman 'monsters' (in many ways...)

Errr, I'm talking about how Yami is always beating up Rito, not why he does, and comparing that to how Naru and Motoko are always beating Keitaro up. Like, Naru and Motoko, just 'cause Yami beats him up, doesn't mean she's not becoming part of his harem.

Title is "Crisis". An alien corps descends to Earth. Meanwhile, Mikado takes a shower, then strolls through the city while greeting the people. When she arrives at the school, she spots Rito running from Lala, who's carrying a giant missile

Lala says good morning to Mikado, then later asks her why she came to Earth. Mikado mentions something about the wind, which surprises Rito and Lala.

Meanwhile, Yui is carrying a stack of papers in the hallway. Haruna sees her and offers to help, but suddenly one of the men from the alien corps grabs Yui. Before Haruna can react, she too is also grabbed by an alien.

At the infirmary, Mikado is treating cameo girl's knee, which she injured from falling down the stairs. Rito and Lala are also there for some reason. Suddenly, an image of the alien corps leader appears before them. Mikado is shocked to see who it is, and asks, "Why are you here, Gaze?"

Gaze says that Mikado is the source of the alien corps' power and they need to "borrow" her. Peke yells something about the alien corps being an adversary of Deviluke. Gaze invites Mikado to his home world, and shows Yui and Haruna, who are now captives...

Looks like Rito's harem is in trouble, and he's got to save the day...I wish Mikado will likely round up Lala and Eve to take on new villain Gaze and his army while Rito gets into some perverted mayhem with Haruna and Yui. Wait, that doesn't sound too bad

Wishful thinking here, but maybe this will lead to Mikado being part of the "harem"? One can only hope...
