Wow... I haven't posted in here in forever... but HashiriyaR32 convinced me that I should come back to AnimeSuki, so I figured I'd drop in here...
No I'm not dead... I just have stuff going on in life that's keeping me away from working on this stuff. I'm an admin over at Wangan Midnight Expressway, so lots of updates come from there. The good news is that someone came forward and said that they would time any scripts they were given... so I'm thinking of just opening up my laptop, typing down the translations into notepad and handing off the script. In fact I probably will do that. Sure it won't be One-Man any more... but I doubt any of you guys who have been chomping at the bit care one iota about my fansub name. The other thing is that the series is confirmed for 24 episodes, and the final DVD will be out in October. Episodes 15-16 come out on the 21st of this month. That should be it... I guess I'll be sticking around, so feel free to ask questions or whatever. Oh yeah, and the second OST came out last week, it should be over at Wangan Midnight Expressway sometime soon too. Later, all. |

Christ, those cars are totally mangled. I'm really curious to see anyone able to take on those kinds of jobs at what kind of price in real life. I know molding back iron can actually make it stronger with the right kind of melding, but this is ridiculous.

Modling black iron? Hahaha....bondo and a welder. I know someone who used to do Skylines for a living (worked on the FatF cars) and you don't 'mold' metal, you get a piece, slice off the bent piece, and weld the new one on.

Is repaired metal structurally strong ? though I dont have hands on experience with metals I have studied design of machines .... arent the stresses acting on repaired metal greater ? By repair I mean beating with a hammer .... Wielding does strengthen the metal by a great deal
What I absolutely loved about the recent epsiodes is the introduction of new characters Thats beauty of seinen wonderfully constructed multi dimensional characters . Koichi has come out really cool a fascinating caharcter . I have a gut feeling Harada is going to crash bad in the future episodes

Thanks again to [SuperjakkoTM ] for bringing the Wangan experience again the ep was really awesome I have more respect towards Hiramoto now : D
