maybe they are just cosplayers who dressed up as Nyaruko & Kuuko, who forgot to get in the characters's personality, hence the OOC, well thats according to me, if only the joke of this official scan was intentional though

Just a question over here.

This will be a Second Season of the Anime who's First Season was Studio'd by Xebec, aired from April 9, 2012 – June 25, 2012 and had 12 Episodes, right?
Now, will it have any relation to the 9 OVAs and 12 Episodes Studio'd by DLE?

Wizard references aside, is it just me with my hearing problems or bad audio systems that Nyaruko's voice sounds deeper in this teaser? instead of your usual Taneshima Popura & Amagami SS "nii-nii" imouto voice?

Maybe you have played the video with a lower quality, so rewatch it again this time with higher quality (360) that was on the bottom of the video.
I'm glad this second season PV's suggests that it will be on par with season one with all the random nonsense it ensues. However, there's some aspects that I find it confusing, such as Hastur skimming over a boys' love doujin (I know that he's overly obssessed with Mahiro, but come on). However, the way aliens are using a holographic circle to change their clothes was very interesting and the opening theme is on the same level as last time as well. By the way, April should come faster so I can enjoy the show for the hilarity !

Well the aliens in this show absolutely love Earth's entertainment. So I guess anything goes. I mean if they like it may as well not bother them unless you want to lose SAN points.

I don't know, I watched the video with higher quality (360) and I also feel that her voice was a bit deep.

They were making Fourze references in S1 while Gentaro and friends were still wiping out Horoscopes, so some Wizard refs here are expected. And also kind of awesome.
