As long as it gets released here in Australia, I'll be happy. I'm yet to hear any news about Air being released here yet so it might take a while... T_T

Well, you could just import the R1 DVDs when they come out. You do speak English in Australia, right? o.o

No, but back in July at the first Air screening I had the opportunity talk with him one-on-one, and he said that he had been instructed to cast the three cameo actresses with "big names. As if you were casting the leads for a new show."
I think we can probably put a 99% safe bet on those three, but it's not like most people haven't already accepted that as a given.

Well, since AIR was licensed by ADV it's not surprising that they will licensed Kanon as well. Oh man, I wonder how Ayu will sound with her "uguu" on English dub? Meh, it might sound funny but I'll still keep an eye for the first vol. to come

After hearing Jessica Boone's voice in Angelic Layer, I think Nayuki should sound like Misaki (Angelic Layer). Wouldn't that be good?

Eh....

I'm really hoping that Nayuki doesn't sound like Mio from DNAngel. (That voice was perfect for Mio, though~)

According to the cameo, she'll sound like Rue from Princess Tutu. ....Not Nayuki. I'll cry.

By the way, on ANN's cast, the three from the cameo have been listed as the characters. Is there any official confirmation of this?

Oookaaay then...I really hope Sasha Paysinger gets Shiori. Her voice as Hatoko (Angelic Layer) was really good!

It's most likely they won't sound the same in Kanon even by using the same voice actresses. AIR left no indication whatsoever on how Ayu, Nayuki, and Makoto were meant to be played out, so I'm pretty sure they will sound more in-character come January.
