That just about sums it up... Diablo is definitely walking the same road as many other Isekai Protagonists: His existence on Earth was relatively uneventful or just plain bad, and in the new world he finally has people he loves and a life he will fight to protect.

Yikes... A brand new world, and Diablo and Klem can't use their magic properly. Not really liking this development since most of the characters we've come to know will probably be absent for a while. I suppose this was the only direction the author could go in after Diablo defeated someone with the power of a God.

How much has the anime adapted from the light novels so far?

Also is there any differences between the anime and light novel version?

Season 1 covers the first three volumes. Season 2 covers 4 to 6.
