Don't you mean faster defense?Grandee has stronger defense than Edge,But Edge has faster defense and offense than Grandee which makes up for his weaker defense.and yeah given his abillities it makes perfect sense he's the First Seat of the Six Layered Armor.

'Faster', in the sense of 'being ready to block,' isn't what I'm referring to; Edge would have to cross his swords first while Grandee just has to move his shield, isn't it? Rather, I was thinking of the Bluray side story, where only three things in AW are capable of blocking Lotus' sword: Hyper Diamond, The Strife, and Radio's baton. So the swords may well be stronger since they can attack as well.

Also, if only three things can defend from Lotus's blades then that makes The Impulse weaker than her blades(Just a speculation).

They were(understandably)shocked that Edge wasn't trapped in EK mode with Genbu but had already escaped(how he escaped however is unknown but i'm willing to believe that Grandee and Great Wall rescued him because GE escaped from Genbu,a God Class Being by himself is too unbelievable for me)and jumped ship to Great Wall and became First Seat of the Six Layered Armor without any of them knowing about it(on the other hand this confirms that it is possible that one can join another Legion while still being in another Legion without the original Legion knowing about it(unless of course GE's induction was never official which could explain why NN isn't aware of this)....i wonder if there are any OU spies in the other Legions because of this,if there are any).

Also no,The Impulse is stronger than Lotus's Swords at least in terms of strength(it is an Arc after all) we don't know if Lotus can sever The Impulse or not considering we don't know if Knight had actually obtained The Impulse before reaching Level 9.take note what was listed was Enhanced Armaments that are stronger than her swords to her knowledge at that time(Tusjecht forgot the Disaster Armor in his list) also something to remember:do not take anything that KYH says or anything that she narrates from her point of view(like any of her opinion for example,anything that she confirmed herself can be trusted)
or any her boasts as actual fact or seriously until its actually proven,she's wrong at times and a bit too overconfident of her abillities for her own good.
also a certain Vice President of the ARS can restrain her along with the 6th Chrome Disaster simultaneously if he actually puts some effort into it.

When The Disaster was in Haru's posession in V4-V9 it was either dormant(V2,V3,V4(except when it briefly resurfaced so this time counts as active),V6,V7) or active (V5,V8 and V9).Haru equipped The Disaster about 3 times:
1.at the Hermes Cord Race that Jigsaw ruined(albeit not 100% equipped due to the Armor not covering him completely)
2.when Ash and Utan were being PK camped by ISS Kit infected Burst Linkers.
3.when Vise revealed himself to Haru at the last parts of V9 in which the mere sight of him enrages Haru and Beast.
the curse of the Armor is ended by Haru in V9 when he stabs himself with Star Caster that contains Saffron Blossom's Fluctlight into the corrupted Destiny which contains Chrome Falcon's Fluctlight.and the Armor was purified by Utai and the pieces of of it(The Destiny and Star Caster) are currently sealed and resting in peace in Falcon and Blossom's house.despite this however as a result of the purification Beast is released into the accelerated world without anyone(except Haru) aware of this.

2 reasons:
1.They heard a rumor about the destruction of the ISS Kit Core by NN which motivates them to join NN,Thorn's prediction pretty much came true except it's the ISS Kit Core instead of Metatron.
2.they joined out of gratitude for Crow and Bell because they saved Plum Flipper and Mint Mitten in V12.
there are probably more reasons in the later parts that hasn't been translated though.(translation only got to the Animal Commitee part.)

I'm going to take a little break from posting because of midterm exams(well it's only 2 days left before it's finished though)

Update:Nevermind on the more reasons part,those 2 reasons are the only reasons.

Beast is not Chrome Falcon,it is the manifestation of Falcon's rage,despair and hatred that in 7000 years since it's birth has gained a conciousness of it's own(to explain thanks to years of endless battles against Burst Linkers and living for a long time in the accelerated world Beast has evolved from negative IS into more of a Being that has gained conciousness)it has only 2 goals:kill all Burst Linkers and destroy the ARS who Beast calls the root of all evil.
Falcon's Fluctlight was never corrupted,instead of going to the Main Visualizer it instead remained inside the armor component of The Disaster,trapped in an empty space all alone for 7000 years haunted by Saffron's death.unbeknownst to Falcon and Beast(who is unaware that Falcon and Saffron are inside the armor),Saffron's Fluctlight also remained in the sword that used to be Star Caster.she continued to pray for someone to save Falcon and end the curse of the Disaster Armor as she is unable to.

after reading V17 and the volumes concerning the Disaster Armor and Beings.thinking about it,it looks like there's more to a Being than it was thought.here is my speculation on it:

Being is the true name of the Enemy that lives in the accelerated world that ranks from Lesser to God,there are some of them that has gained independent thought and gained a conciousness of their own.
In the beginning of the accelerated world there were no Beings that gained a conciousness of their own,not even the Four Saints or Gods were exempt from this.as time went on however some of the Beings(mainly the Legend and God Class ones) has accumulated massive amount of experience and knowledge that they have achieved a conciousness of their own.some of them still obeyed their duties(the Four Gods) and some of them disobeyed their orders(Metatron).the Beings that has gained conciousness has grown to the point that they have become their own persons and cannot called the same as the Beings who did not grew a conciousness of their own.
Even though Beings are an existence of their own it is possible for someone or something to evolve to become the same kind of existence as a Being if they also accumulated massive knowledge,experience and lived long enough in the accelerated world(it's easy for the latter,but for the former...)
an example of the latter is Beast who in the beginning was Falcon's manifested grudge against the accelerated world who after countless battles and living so long due to experiencing the 1:1000 timerate of the accelerated world(it is revealed in V17 that despite the fact Metatron stayed with Haru she does not experience the time of the real world,she only experienced the 1:1000 timerate of the accelerated world.because of this Beast(and by extension Falcon and Blossom due to them remaining in the Disaster Armor)is confirmed to have only experienced the timerate of the accelerated world,and thus easily accumulated enough time to evolve to a Being without having to going back and forth between RW and BB)has gained a conciousness of their own and evolved to a Being.
as for the former the reason why it's put up here is because according to Metatron in V17,2 certain Burst Linkers has the same smell as a Being(they have become the same kind of existence as a Being).while the conditions for evolution are still the same there is one problem concerning accumulating time:unlike the latter they are subject to the timerates of the real world and accelerated world due to being Burst Linkers.there are 2 solutions for this problem:continously go to the UNF for a large consecutive amount of time(for those that does not want to abandon real life) or abandon the real world completely and stay in the accelerated world indefinitely until enough time has been attained.
The 2 Burst Linkers in question that have become Beings were Green Grandee and White Cosmos.

If the Highest Level requires a massive amount of Incarnation, then would it mean that Beings have an IS since Metraton also went under the effects of it to talk to Haru during his first experience of the Highest Level. Also IS are reflections of the BL's life trauma then if Beings have the ability to use IS then that would mean they have also their own life scar(I'm a bit reluctant about this thought,but it wouldn't hurt if I point it out)

As for Cosmos, even more knowledgeable than the Four Gods. I really want to know more about her.

On another topic, is ARS labeled as a Legion? And if they are, then Cosmos would be a leader to two legions(is that even possible?)
