Quick q for advance readers. Does the Gun Gale story arc considered a side story, because after Fairy Dance they make no mention of the appearance of Aincard in Phantom Bullet. Of course I've only read up ch. 3. Much thanks for clarifying this for me, because I feel that Mothers Rosario picks up where Fairy Dance left off and trying the figure out where Phantom Bullet falls into the overall story.

It's not. It shows the aftereffects of the SAO incident.
Spoiler for Content:

No, the GGO arc is not a side story. If anything, Mother's Rosario is the more side-story-like of the two, both in content and length. The Aincrad castle in ALO isn't really mentioned (or matter) all that often in the later arcs tbh.

Mother's Rosario is centered more on Asuna

That must be why ^^ having a doubt

True. Even if the government or whoever would prosecute them for the PKs in SAO, they would only have the players' testimonies.

In a way, GGO and Alicization shows the influence of the SAO incident in society and its implications. Fairy Dance is the closure for the SAO incident.

There are no right and wrongs after all. Justify your actions by your own values and morals simply because. Some people say the end justify the means, and vice versa.

in Batman's case, the justice system. Which is a joke because of how little time these guys serve.

Well, how else would DC comics been able to push out all those issues otherwise?

Well, from the various spoilers that have been posted, the vibe I get is that Alice's interest in Kirito is undeterred by the fact that Kirito's already taken by Asuna. If that's true, it'd make her basically the only girl that continues to try to win Kirito for herself. Which certainly would explain her making Asuna nervous; Asuna would actually have to worry about Alice making attempts to steal Kirito.

To be fair, it's usually not so much a lack of time served, as it is that when they do get caught, they get judged insane, and tossed in the asylum, which apparently has insufficient security.

Which is similar to what happens with the Laughing Coffin survivors. Legal responsibility for all the deaths falls on Kayaba, and with the authorities preferring to keep it that way, LC and other killers get relegated to mental counseling instead of prosecuted for murder.

No idea. I'm guessing based on various snippets of spoilers people have posted here, and I don't recall any of them mentioning offhand the other girl's reactions to Alice.

It seems to me that every girls would agree to harem end (except asuna), after seeing that they can't win against asuna to get kirito's heart, at least they want to share his body.
