The white snow was being gouged out in vast quantities along the course of something rushing at low altitude and forwards at a terrible velocity.

Simply ignoring it was not an option.

Across the white land, a vast, long line heading towards the Archangel was etched.

There was nothing that could stop it.

In the middle, the Archangel was a figure blazing with seemingly magical light such that it was impossible to look at it.

Magicians were mown down in its wake.

From the coastline, the Archangel arrived at the Arctic Ocean.

At the same time….

From directly above, the Star of Bethlehem crashed down

Zuzun!!!

With a thunderous roar, both the Archangel and the colossal fortress smashed into the ocean.

In the heart of the sinking fortress, Kamijyo raced further down, down with all his might.

Unable to withstand the enormous pressure, the fortress’s interior walls and pillars crumbled in succession.

Freezing seawater rushed in but Kamijyo did not stop.

Downwards with single-minded determination.

Down towards the bottom, falling below sea level.

Already, there was no illumination.

In the heart of the spreading darkness, was a single pinprick of light.

Of the deepest blue, the peaceful light resembled an image of the moon.

Kamijyo Touma clenched his right fist with every ounce of his strength. The Archangel noticed him. In the darkness, their hostility clashed. An overwhelming, murderous intent bubbled over between them.

At the end, that simple boy who was only human never stopped charging forward.

He recalled the events that led up to this.

It started from when he lost his memory. For the sake of preventing a certain girl from grieving, he had lied. The battle with an Alchemist for the sake of helping a girl, who possessed a unique blood, the battle with the strongest demon for the sake of helping the third ranked Level 5 and her Sisters. The life or death struggle at a seaside house with a classmate’s traitor, the events of August 31, the confrontation with a Golem for the sake of helping a friend made out of concentrated AIM fields, the fight with Christianity’s largest powers for the sake of helping the Sister who was proclaimed to be capable of deciphering the Liber Al vel Legis , the incident with the Tokiwadai girl’s junior, the Daihasei sports festival which became an incident involving the Croce di Pietro that threatened Academy City, the battle against a fleet of ice ships in the Italian city of Chioggia for the sake of helping a girl who was, at one time, his enemy, the clash with the woman from God’s Right Seat on September 30th for the sake of helping a friend who had been completely changed, the delicious fried food gathering with his class, the fight with Skill Out for the sake of helping that Tokiwadai girl’s mother, the battle in Avignon over the Constantine Document with God’s Right Seat, the battle alongside Academy’s underground Amakusa Catholics against a monstrously powerful Saint, stopping the Second Princess’s coup d’état in London…..

And finally leading up to now.

It’s been long, Kamijyo thinks.

The journey to this point has never been pleasant

How many times have others been hurt? How many times have he hurt others? It keeps repeating over and over.

However, Kamijyo Touma still continues to run.

Because he knows for a fact those actions helped plenty of people.

He charges directly towards the greatest enemy, the Archangel, without hesitation.

(Surely, this world will be reduced to ruins in time. Its life span is certain. Before that, I understand how the star will expand and swallow this planet. Before that storm, the chances of living creatures on the earth’s surface ceasing to exist are high.) Kamijyo thinks as he clenches his fist and thrusts it forth.

What is this, this so called tragic end wasn’t that…….rather, it was good.

For the sake of stopping the threat to the world, it was a good fight.

so I was not misreading when I read a part about fried food on the memories Touma's recollecting. I thought I'm only misreading it because I can't recall a fight concerning that outside of index stealing foods.

Isn't it from the SS Novel- when the entire class went out to sukiyaki and Touma declared that he was going to learn english in order to preach to one person at a time?

But it's just sounds off when I'm reading it. Because all of the memories of Touma are pertaining to a fight and that one is eating with friends.

Pretty normal I say....... but I that means it's eventful for Touma a wonderful experience..... Poor mikoto, Eating with Friends > forced accompanying her.

It just sounds totally funny when it's been left out and even that event is added.

It would be fine if all the events are pertaining to the rescue and fights but that one is just a miss on it.

That's why I first said I thought I miss read that part in the raws because their is a fried food on it
