hatsukoi limited and everything else by that mangaka. blergh. Ichigo 100% seemed decent, but i didn't bother hanging around long enough to find out.
i also hate clamp manga. i admit that it has beautiful art and some of their mangas are decent, but i can't stand their story lines and some of their characters annoy the heck out of me with their stereotypical personalities. |

Do you have a few hours?
Sometimes I wonder why I like manga, because what's considered the standard is simply shit. Aside from the odd Jump manga, I only read alternative seinen manga. Magazines like Big Comic Spirits, Ikki, and Afternoon to some extent have series worth my time.

One of the worst mangas i have ever read to date is Love Strip and i regret reading it partly because of the cheesy storyline but the loser of a protagonist. And to say, its situations like these that actually happen these days. The guy's a loser too. What was the writer thinking?

1. Nobody said the book 'rapes you mind'. 2. The artist, and this is important, ACTUALLY HAS A GRASP ON HUMAN ANATOMY. And this is a lesson to all you kiddies out there who want to learn how to draw. Tracing Dragonball gets you nowhere. 3. It's violent because it tries to get a feeling across. It's a horror manga. It's not a hold-my-hand kiddie story like you're used to. What can I add to the list? Naruto, obviously, and Zombie Powder. |

There isn't truly any manga that I hate... but as for extremely disappointed, there's quite a few, ones that I'm only reading to say I finished the series. And first and foremost, which may cause some flames...
Vampire Knight- perhaps it's because its a shoujo manga, and I'm a guy, but it's painful for me to read the chapters half the time, just because it seems like the characters are too one-dimensional, though I think it's mostly the shoujo part (though I admit, I have read a few shoujo that i find decent) Mx0- Had potential, but then ended way too early 666Satan- this is more of a series that if they'd changed the ending a bit, I'd truly love it, as I still like it. Mostly because of what happened to a good chunk of characters at the end (or perhaps i should say, what didn't happen to them)

Ai Girl. It's a dirty porno that disguised as a shoujo manga. Yes its naughty scenes are its main selling point.
On the shounen/seinen side, there is Hen Koi, another dirty porno that disguised as a mainstream manga. This one even worse than Ai Girl because it has no visible plot. Nearly all its chapters ended when the main guy and girl f*cked each other. |
