I have some vague memories of this anime when I was about 10-12..

The main character is... a stuffed toy or something similar (only he is a stuffed toy if I remember right, other chars are more or less human), and he's supposed to be a hero/saviour.. and he'd find these coins or medals to activate castles that can transform into robots... and that's all I can remember.

It'd be nice to know the name of the anime so I can perhaps once again see it.

YES! lol it was shown like sooo long ago.. about the same time as Majin Eiyuuden Wataru if I remember right, oh well, thanks ensyak!
