Sword Art Online: Ordinal Scale Film's English 2nd Teaser Video Introduces New Characters:
The company describes the movie's story:
It's just a game,or so I thought.
A brand new story written by original author, Reki Kawahara!! People everywhere were enjoying a new game called Ordinal Scale, an ARMMORPG developed exclusively for the Augma, a new wearable console designed for AR (augmented reality) gaming. But, the players had no idea that a nightmare from the virtual world was starting to spread into reality!! As his fellow players find themselves in danger, the hero is called upon once again.

The new characters and Aniplex of America's descriptions include:
Yuna, "an idol in the AR world of Ordinal Scale. If a player encounters her in the game, they can acquire special upgrades."

Dr. Shigemura, "a developer and an authority on non-invasive BMI (Brain Machine Interface) research. He is also a professor in the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department at Toho Technological University. Due to his radical theories on electrical physiology, his peers regard him as a crackpot."

Eiji, "a mysterious young swordsman, who is the top ranked player in Ordinal Scale. Kirito and his friends encounter him during gameplay."

Hmm... I wouldn't be surprised if it went something like this:

Kirito's movements are slowed down by his belief that his avatar's movements are linked to those of his real body. However, near the end of the movie, Kirito realizes that he can move his avatar independently from his body by willpower alone! As a result, he goes full-dive mode and defeats the final boss, whoever/whatever it may be...

The movie will be released in other countries at the same time as Japan. Hopefully I will be in one of those cities during that time.

well, I have much expectation on this film, although perhaps have a history a little simple but of equal form is good see to Kirito in all its splendor, the only advantage is that have learned Japanese, therefore can see the film in Japanese, but it only bad is that not can go to Japan the day of its premiere, and neither can I go to United States (voice internal: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO).

I don't expect even a little to be able to watch in the cinemas in Spain... even Ghibli or One Piece movies are found in very few cinemas...

This Sword is Your Ticket to the Sword Art Online Movie
At the Aniplex booth at this winter's Comic Market (Comiket), you can buy the sword for 2,000 yen ($17); a movie ticket is attached to the hilt. (It's a pun; one of the Japanese words for "sword," ken, can also mean "ticket.") The sword is 72 cm (2'4'') long and made of styrene board (so it's not a real weapon). There are a maximum of ten per person, and supplies are limited.

Japanese Government Names Sword Art Online's Kirito as Cybersecurity Officer
The official website for Sword Art Online the Movie: Ordinal Scale announced on Friday that the Japanese government's National Center of Incident Readiness and Strategy for Cybersecurity (NISC) appointed Kirito as a cybersecurity officer. The character's appointment is part of a tie-up campaign between NISC and the anime film.
The tagline on the poster reads, "We will protect the Internet." The kanji characters for "Internet" in the tagline mean "world," but the text alongside the word reveals it should be read as "Internet.":
