Sengoku Basara seems to be after s-CRY-ed for me, lots of votes for it. And wiki gave some nice, information. Just one question:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sengoku_Basara_%28anime%29 As you can see it has "The First Season" and Sengoku Basara Ni, are they linked? What's the deal there, Ni is apparently ongoing, second season maybe? |

Yes .. It started off with a story of a bunch of war generals .. and the second season seems to be taking off where the first stopped - the rest of the generals I guess.
Sort of 2 different stories, slightly related, with a good number of characters from the 1st season reappearing in the second. |
