Pretty good episode,actual politics and one outsmarted another rather than:

Bad guy: muhahaha we gonna enslave all of you now, you competent fools
Good guy: we will fight till the end for love/friendship/righteous
Me: How the heck those bad guys can rule their kingdoms with that kind of mindset

On Tori (Torri?), i actually hate his idiocy and pervertness. He should just shut up and looks cool sometime rather than jump out and grab girls book or strip them down to their underwears. However, there is no doubt that he is quite manipulating and smart overall. Not only he used the right person for the fitting job (the merchant guy and the weak girl, need to learn their names D: ) , lured and strengthened opponents' wills for his causes (the mechanic corps, the knights, and the politics) but is smart enough to use his "character" to disrupt the debate, provide supports toward Masazumi and manipulate the crowd.

He only needs a "Just as planned" look if the director want to clarify his manipulating nature

I don't think it's needed, if anything. Why do they need to tell the audience that "he's smart" so people can understand he's smart? Through his action we already realize that.

Still trying to save Horizon.
When I started watching the last episode I thought they would fight, not just have a debate. What a letdown...

I personally think this is considered a fight, but not in a traditionally violent way, but a battle of wits; each party hoping to outsmart each other (also called negotiation).

You know, fight doesn't mean using your fist only. It's already a fight. A war between countries isn't a child play, where the one who uses the most strength win.

I think one of the stations (I think it is MBS?) is on break this week, so episode 9 and 10 will be out next week. For the other stations I have no idea, maybe they don't air on Sundays.

I'm not sure about the other station's schedule. However, you can watch ep9 (given you can watch raw) in the main site on Tuesday, 11/29 24:30 or anytime after that.

I have one question, since I am not familiar with Japanese time system, 11/29 24:30 means it is 11/29 12:30am or 11/30 12:30am?

The sudden talk about it being moved based around 1-2 stations made it feel like the others would follow.

I don't know anything of the Japanese time system but where I live is in the -4:00 time zone and Tokyo is in +9:00 time zone. Right now I have 10:40 a.m, I think in japan should be 23:40 of this day.
