Tatenashi doesn't expect him being that unstable (Ichika doesn't paid attention to it and just said he wanted to spend some time alone). Charles already give the permission for the event though, so one can't blame her (because Tatenashi already suspect him, Charles have to play along). Also, the harem's violent antic is really unreasonable (even IF he can't get seriously hurt). If they just play nice and persuading him or something, he might either comply or told them he won't give it...

The only true WTH-worthy moment is the shock collar (which is located on the hand instead of the crown directly shock his brain, the proximity between the bracelet and crown is what triggering the shock, thus the reason Ichika can release the crown... at the cost of shocking himself).

True, it's not really that powerful, but Ichika still can felt the shock as barrier do nothing about that. And remember about the double-edged sword enhanced nerve system? Yeah.

And let's not forget about Chifuyu, being her usual spartan self, get counter-slapped by Ichika (he has a damn good reason though).

@ Senpai - Speaking of which, shouldn't Charles be involved as well? He is a male now, so he's probably just as high priority as Ichika.

I meant asked Laura to take it off, the shock bracelet unlock itself when the crown is released from the head.

Note - I did, and as I said, Internet too slow to play, might use it later.

I just realized that scenario is unfeasible, while that does makes sense in canon, that would be OOC for the harem.

So it goes like this: Ichika is stressed out, and is disappointed when Charles said he accept the challenge (Ichika is not angry). When he's dressed as the prince, he's pretty much apathetic, and just realized he was approached by the girls wanted to be his roommate.

Of course, Ichika is angry that they don't even shown a little empathy over him (who just lose his sister and his male roommate distancing himself for some reason) and calls out his harem, "You want the goddamn crown, have it" while throwing it randomly (and shocking himself in the process).... which then caught by Tatenashi... who then apologize, Ichika just leave them wordlessly, until he's really alone and attacked by Autumn.

EDIT: And the event itself is largely to distract Ichika, the shock bracelet is a 'safety measure' gone horribly wrong.

Side note - Is Byakushiki's closed form a bracelet or a gauntlet? I'm confused.

No, the point is that he need time to recover. It was the aftereffect that caused him a little distracted, well, if you can estimate he's fighting at 90-95% potential, thus even if he's fighting at full power, he has no cance of winning.

Note -currently trying the game
