Final Fantasy Dissidia

I don't think there's a thread for this game yet.

Dissdia. Basically a Final Fantasy fighting game. Seems like leveling up is somehow involves and it's going to have characters from almost every numbered Final Fantasy game from 1-9.(So far as I know, there might be more)

CAN SOME ANSWER ME WHY THE HELL THEY ARE PUTTING FINAL FANTASY Dissidia only for psp and if u don't know what im talking about is a game thats coming out from square where two characters one good one evil from every popular ff is in this game and they fight each other .... and its not even for 360 ... now i don't want to get into that psp are cool dumb argument cause im not saying that they're not... but if they are releasing ff13 for 360 only cause how many that have been sold in the west why not make the game for it. plus a game with that much potential should use a high performance machine to show how badass it really could be.

Yes, I have heard a lot based on this game, and I really want it. It looks amazing and a lot of the most greatest Final Fantasy characters are playable. I just cannot wait to play as Kuja, he was one of my favourites.

I know that Cloud and Squall are playable characters, as are Tidus and Zidane. The opposers are Sephiroth, Ultimicia, Kuja, and I think Jecht is in it too..along with many others. There are some amazing cutscenes on that game of different characters fighting eachother. Watching Squall fighting Sephiroth looks very strange, but at the same time, awesome!

The reason its on psp, is that Squareenix said that they want to make the game a multiplayer game, of 4 players. And psp is the easiest, most common and most suitable platform to support such multiplayer functions and graphics.

The reason FFXIII is on 360, is that microsoft have paid alot to get it there. Versus XIII is still PS3 exclusive, certainly there would be riots if it goes 360.

Edit: I've been waiting for this game for a very long time.

Cool! Jecht is in it, hope he will be wielding the same sword as Final Fantasy X. He has the coolest sword in the entire game. I am definitely looking forward to FF Dissidia.

Unfortunately, Zacks, Genesis, and Angeal didn't make it. It would be epic if Zacks and Angeal takes on Genesis and Sephiroth in one battle. Too bad..

And I wouldn't be surprise that Sora will be a unlockable character.

Well, I would like to say that it's just expected of Nomura, but the reason behind this seems to be due to Dissidia's character list mainly having main protagonists/main antagonists from certain FF games.

I only know how to spell NO SECRET CHARACTERS.

It is possible because of Square beat-up games(like Ehregeiz) having secret characters.
